Mieszkam za granica od wielu lat, nie orietuje sie w sprawach technicznych a tym bardziej w uslugach. Poszlam do salonu zeby zakupic telewizje dla mamy, ktora jest po wypadku i nie mogla wyjsc z domu. Imowa jest na mojego brata. Mowilam w salonie ze najbardziej mi zalezy na telewizji. Dostalam pakiet internet i telefon, gdzie nie moge przebiesc numerru mamy, wiec telefon bedzie nie izywany. Mowilam ze w domu nie ma osoby krora moglaby podlaczyc internet, ze nikt sie na thm nie zna. Pan mnie zappewnil ze przyjdzie technik i podlaczy. Podkreslal ze mam cajna promocje ze nie place za podlaczenie. Okazalo sie ze na koniec po podpisaniu dokumentow dal mi router i powiedzial ze to podlaczenie jest proste. Przed podlosaniem pytalam sie kilka razy czy w pakiecie jest telewizja i zapewnial ze tak. Podpisalismy unowe, przez tydzien czasu nie moglam podlaczyc internetu- a juz za to placilam, telefon lezy w szufladzie, bo mama nie moze przeniesc numeru a telewizja jesylt tylko internetowa czyli vpl czy jak tam sie nazywaja a wszystke inne kanaly sa platne. Czuje sie oszukana.

I didn’t receive my order, when contacted costumer service it was promp, then I received someone else’s order instead of mine

I’ve sent parcel abroad a mont ago, 2 weeks ago it was cleared by customs and sent to hub in county of destination. Last 2 weeks I’ve been receiving messages my parcel is delayed because of brexit. Spoke with ups international centre, they admitted it’s got nothing to do with customs, they don’t have enough ppl working there. I cannot claim that parcel is lost, as ups said they know where it is. No communication, no email address to complain, only communication is over the phone, and they hung up on you ( twice today). Avoid

Hi ive emailed you on 31st August 2020- so 8 days ago with a question. I haven’t received anything back, not even email acknowledged you received an email. Im still waiting for confirmation that i am insured for what im doing.

Great tool for children and parents, children don’t need to carry money at all. Communication is great too.
