They kept me informed and i was pleased to get it all done on a Sunday afternoon. Ashar also helped me sign up to the priority service register.

I have no experience whatsoever of creating a website, and am 80 years old. Despite that I produced a serviceable website in three days, and most of that was trying to get photos off other people. I did get help from Claude in writing the text but Webador put the whole thing together and even helped me set up a donation button for the charity - Friends of Bandrum.

I would give it zero if I could. I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before buying.
The device did not fit and did not connect to the app. I tried to give it a fair chance and agreed to wait until i had seen an audiologist before returning it. I was assured I had 60 days free trial.
However it was clear they were not suitable for me even if they worked so I wrote asking for an address to which to return them.
Despite several reminders i have had no reply.
The link to their website doesn't work and I see they reply to only 4% of negative reviews.
I can afford to lose £160 but there must be scores of elderly people who can't and who probably won't or can't complain. So,apart from writing on here, I am contacting BBC money box programme to see if they will investigate just how many people have been affected by this company.

The input layouts were clear which made it easy to request a quote.
It covered all the areas i needed and allowed me to make informed choices where there were options.

Service very easy to use. The engineer arrived as expected within an hour of the breakdown. He recharged the battery and I was able to use the car straightaway.

The guys who delivered the washing machine were very cheerful and efficient.
They carried the machine up stairs and round a difficult corner without any fuss.
They tested the machine and it seems very quiet. All good.

It is very quiet and I was amazed at how effective it is on the quickest cycle. I tested it on a ceramic dish encrusted with baked-on apple crumble and it came out sparkling clean.
That was on the mini wash with a fairly full load. So not only are my dishes clean but I am helping the environment!

The most significant difference between Octopus and other suppliers is clarity.
I know what energy I am using what I am paying and what I owe.
I have been using Octopus for a few years now and am extremely satisfied with the service they provide.

I would like to express my special thanks, The washing machine was for my holiday home on the Isle of Mull. It is usually difficult, and sometimes impossible to get any delivery to the island. This is even more complicated by the current chaos with the ferries.
I was therefore surprised and very pleased that the washing machine was delivered on the day and at the time we were promised.
