Abstract

Obezbedjeni su sistemi, postupci i naprave koje su korisne za ispitivanje donacija krvi ili plazme radi otkrivanja onih specificnih donacija koje su zagadjene nekim virusom preko nekog unapred odrdjenog nivoa. Opisan je uredjaj i postupak koji obrazuje pojedinacne, posebno zavarene i povezane posude od jednog savitljivog supljeg segmenta creva povezanog sa posudom za tecnu donaciju. Segment creva je zavaren na odredjenim medjusobnim rastojanjima po njegovoj duzini, pri cemu delovi segmenta creva izmedju zavarenih spojeva obrazuju posude od kojih svaka sadrzi jedan deo uzorka plazme. Sadrzaj tih posuda obrazuje mesavine koje se potom ispituju na zagadjivanje virusima nekim visoko-osetljivim ispitivanjem kao sto je PCR. Mesavine se ispituju prema jednom algoritmu po kome se jedan uzorak svake od donacija pridodaje jednom od elemenata jedne N-dimenzione matrice ili resetke. Svaki od elemenata matrice identifikovan je matricnom oznakom Xrvs, gde rvs definise dimenzioni indeks. Uzima se ista kolicina od svakog od uzoraka i obrazuju se manje mesavine, pri cemu svaka od tih mesavina sadrzi iste kolicine uzoraka kod kojih je jedan indeks fiksan. Sve se te mesavine ispituju u jednom ciklusu PCR ispitivanja. Dimenzioni indeksi svake od pozitivnih mesavina se odresuju matematicki u skladu sa redukcijom postupkom minora, cime se jednoznacno odredjuje jedan pojedinacni element u resetki, cime se jednoznacno identifikuje pojedinacna pozitivna donacija krvi ili plazme.
