Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de relier des pièces composées de textile tissé de bande plastique qui comprend la fourniture d'un premier textile tissé de bande plastique (3) dont les bandes contiennent un premier polymère thermoplastique, des particules discrètes (7), qui contiennent un troisième polymère thermoplastique, étant fixées sur une première surface (3a) du premier textile tissé de bande plastique (3), et la fourniture d'un deuxième textile tissé de bande plastique (14) dont les bandes contiennent un deuxième polymère thermoplastique, le deuxième textile tissé de bande plastique (14) étant pourvu, sur une surface, d'un revêtement soudable (15), qui contient un quatrième polymère thermoplastique. Les particules discrètes (7) et le revêtement soudable (15) sont chauffés au-dessus du point de ramollissement du troisième et du quatrième polymère thermoplastique. Les particules discrètes (7) sont mises en contact avec le revêtement soudable (15), et les premier et deuxième textiles tissés de bande plastique (3, 14) sont ensuite pressés l'un contre l'autre, en conséquence de quoi les particules discrètes (7) du premier textile tissé de bande plastique (3) et le revêtement soudable (15) du deuxième textile tissé de bande plastique (14) sont liés l'un à l'autre.
