Definitions
- the invention relates to methods of health practice based on the activation of internal health processes and can be used to improve the general condition of the human body and increase its vitality.
- the disadvantage of this method is the duration of the process: the clients’ recovery occurred only after a month of daily exercise for 50-60 minutes.
- the objective of the proposed invention, and, accordingly, the technical result, is to achieve in a short time a stable healing effect, which makes it possible to increase a person’s adaptive and life resource.
- the problem is solved by a method of improving a person’s health, including a preliminary examination and subsequent tactile influence on the human body, while the examination is carried out within the framework of a two-stage protocol, the first stage of which includes testing and identifying the actual problem, and the second - stimulating vibrations of fulcrum tension in the problem area for study polyrhythms and functions of the fluid system of the human body and the nervous pathological reactions of his brain, based on the results of the examination, the dominant links of pathological chains are determined, and in the process of influencing the human body, these pathologies are corrected in three stages, the first of which is carried out by the reorganization of pathological patterns of the whole body by exposure on the deep fascia, the second - working with the three main transverse diaphragms of the body: the upper opening of the chest, the respiratory diaphragm and the pelvic floor, the third - working with the peripheral joints of the body of the upper and lower limbs.
- testing and identifying the client’s current problem includes analysis of verbal and non-verbal information, layer-by-layer palpation and perception of the structures of the musculoskeletal system and visceral organs, and testing the body’s fluid system involves starting vibrations of the intercellular fluid with the hand of a specialist and perceiving its reflection from those involved in pathological process of more rigid structures, and testing of nervous pathological reactions of the human brain is carried out through a resonant search.
- the correction of identified somatic and psycho-emotional dysfunctions of a person is carried out after determining the dominant pathological link and is carried out through tactile influence on the involved structures, simultaneously using verbal methods of influence in order to change psychological attitudes and patterns of thinking, as well as resonant influence to eliminate pathological reactions of the brain.
- the procedure involves a two-stage protocol.
- the first stage involves testing and identifying the actual problem.
- the operator is located next to the client's body at the head or from the side of the legs, places his hands on the body, perceiving it as a liquid, and determines the rhythm characteristic of the client, according to his damage.
- a necessary condition rhythm perception is a partial deconcentration (defocusing) of the operator’s attention into the surrounding space at the time of testing.
- the second stage begins with the operator moving to the found actual zone and positioning himself in a position that is comfortable for him. It is important that the operator’s posture does not cause tension in the client’s arms and body.
- the operator places his hands near the damaged region of the fluid body, defocuses his attention into the surrounding space and observes the rhythms present in the tissues, continuing to maintain the defocus of his attention into the surrounding space, which contributes to a change in the level of vibrations in the fluid body.
- the selection of the vibration level for the current voltage is completed at the moment vibrations occur in the voltage fulcrum.
- the operator’s task is not to get distracted and continue to maintain deconcentration and the found vibration frequency of the liquid body. As a result of such an impact, the fluid body ceases to hold the actual tension, starts self-correcting processes and the actual zone relaxes.
- the procedure is carried out as follows: having found the damaged area on the body with one hand, with the other hand you should find the same actual area on the client’s head. By touching various zones on the client's head, the area is determined, upon activation of which the zone of myofascia, already found in the body, relaxes. Since tissue memory remembers the injury received, it is necessary to eliminate not only the physiological manifestations of the symptom, but also to balance the psychosomatic state.
- Recommended search areas on the head in the area of the frontal bone, sphenoid bone, parietal bones, temporal bones, occipital bones.
- the positive effect occurs due to the alternation of various techniques, both stretching the deep fascia and oscillatory (wave) relaxation of the fulcrums at the brain level.
- the operator acting on the internal tissue system, also acts on emotional and triggers the body’s self-regulation system. This achieves relaxation on an emotional level.
- This method includes three healing practices.
- the operator in a position at the client’s feet, the operator places his hands on both sides of the ankles, and records the appearance of small vibrations, swaying and other free movements of tissue at the muscle level.
- the operator After stopping the movements, the operator records the tension, tightness of the tissues, and with a slight traction pulls the entire fascial field onto himself, after which he tracks the tension, finds where he is not stretching or there is no movement and changes position, moving to this area, establishes tactile contact and, observing the rhythms in in this region, more accurately determines the localization of the fulcrum of tension and again, in the same way, with a slight traction, stretches the fascial field of this area.
- the tissues calm down, and, as an indicator of the positive effect of this procedure, it becomes warm under the hands.
- the operator moves to the client’s legs, again tunes into his fascial field, registers changes in the body and, similar to the techniques described above, eliminates the identified tensions in the body tissues.
- the client notes lightness and relaxation in the body, as if after rest.
- the second health practice is associated with working with the three main transverse diaphragms of the body: the upper opening of the chest, the respiratory diaphragm and the pelvic floor.
- the operator first begins contact with the client from the upper section, and then moves on to the thoracic diaphragm. Sitting down on the side of the client, the operator places one hand under the sacrum, the other on top in the middle, just above the pubic bone.
- the operator selects the most compressed and stationary one and gradually begins to influence the tissues in the pelvic floor area. In this case, as a rule, the operator’s hand from above feels the vortex movements in a given area, then everything freezes and only slight vibrations and balance are felt.
- the operator evaluates the changes, again looks through all the diaphragms of the body in the rhythms of the fluid body, observing the diaphragm of the sella turcica, cerebellar tent, mandibular, thoraco-abdominal, pelvic and genitourinary. After this, the session ends.
- the third health practice concerns working with two peripheral joints of the body, the upper and lower limbs.
- the operator sets up the therapist's fulcrums and, in search of problem areas, puts his hands on the outside of the client's feet, and then moves to his knees. If the operator, for example, feels damage to the ligamentous apparatus of the posterior cruciate ligament, then he moves to the hip joint, lifts the client’s leg at the knee, finds a certain balance point, and by feeling how it aligns with the lower lumbar region in the area of the L5 vertebra, puts his hand under it and waits for the adjustment of all the places where the correction was made.
- Example 1 Client A, 60 years old, woman. I am concerned about discomfort and aching pain in the left leg at the hip level, which intensifies with physical activity.
- Stage 1 The operator adjusts to a neutral state, places his hands on the client’s feet, plunges into the tissue until he feels the fascia and, assessing his body, as a whole, notes where tension is felt in the body. For a more detailed assessment, it performs a slight tension on the fabric in its direction, and monitors where the tissues do not stretch and are tense.
- Stage 2 For a more accurate diagnosis, the operator examines the layers of tissue at the level of the thigh of the client’s left leg. Grabs the end points in the projection of tension of the broad fascia of the thigh with one hand, and the external vastus of the thigh muscle with the other, and with slight pressure sinks to the fascia.
- Stage 3 The operator evaluates the tissue and finds areas of non-extensibility and increased density.
- Stage 4 The operator stretches and directs oscillatory movements towards these compacted areas. In the most dense areas, the operator increases the amplitude of vibrations, without releasing the tissue and holding them in his hands until the tension in this area of the body completely disappears. The process takes from 2 to 3 minutes. After this, impact phenomena are noted, such as the “melting” of tissues and the release of slight heat, as well as the appearance of a rhythm with a uniform amplitude, which indicates the restoration and completion of the correction process.
- the fascial field When the fascial field is stimulated, the receptors relax and the activity of the sympathetic nervous system decreases. The operator monitors tissue relaxation with light tension. So, with tension, fascial restructuring of the entire body as a whole begins, since the body is a single mechanism, the tension in the client’s body gradually disappears.
- Example 2 Client N, 34 years old, athlete, pain in the leg area from the lower leg to the knee, as well as night pain under the shoulder blade.
- the operator's position is at the client's feet.
- the operator places his hands on both sides of his ankles. After immersing the hands at the fascial level, the operator observes tension and tissue tension, tightness in the area of the upper part 8 drumsticks. With a slight traction, the operator stretches the entire fascial field of tissue and looks at where there are residual tensions and no movement. Also, the operator searches for problem areas in the area of the right shoulder, small pelvis and right side of the thigh on the leg. A slight stretch is done in the area of the leg and pelvis, then the operator performs oscillatory movements until the affected area softens. The operator notes a gradual relaxation of the tissues, but tension remains in the shoulder area. The operator changes position and moves to this area.
- the operator places his hands on both sides in the area of the scapula from below and the upper sternum from above and gently plunges into the tissue until the myofascia is felt. Feeling the soft vector movements of the tissues, the operator pushes the tissues from both sides with oscillatory movements until the tension in the tissues softens. Then the tissues calm down and steel point (rest point) occurs.
- the operator again moves to the client’s legs, applying slight pressure to the fascial field, noting changes: the body is extended in length, as the tension in the fascia has relaxed and allowed the fascia of the whole body to restore balance throughout the body. There is no tension in the places that were shown during testing; the client notes lightness and relaxation in the body. After 3 sessions, the client notes significant improvements and a control session a month later solves the problem completely.
- Example 3 Client M. 45 years old. Complains of periodic cough and fatigue.
- the operator places his hands in the projection of the bronchopulmonary system. Tension is felt in the trachea and upper part of the right lung. The operator places his hands on both sides and, using gentle pressure (up to 5 grams), activates amplitude, uniform movements. When light movements appear under the hands, the operator waits for the tissues to balance and for the manifestation of a uniform rhythm. Breathing becomes soft. After this, the operator looks through the maxillary sinuses, places his hands on both sides of the client’s face in the projection of the nasal sinuses, and tunes in to oscillatory movements. During the restructuring, tissues begin to change, and the operator, tuning into fluid perception of the body, pumps the sinuses with oscillating movements. After 2 sessions, the client notes significant improvements.
- the proposed method was tested on 472 clients who, before starting health work, presented a large number of physical and psychological complaints.
- the duration and frequency of sessions are individual. This depends on the body’s ability to self-heal, the time of the traumatic experience, and the client’s lifestyle. In some cases, a 20-40 minute wellness correction is sufficient. It is recommended to conduct 2-3 sessions once in the first week, then once every 2 weeks, and after the 7th session - once a month. It is advisable to maintain a healing effect in the amount of 1 session every 2-3 months. There are recommendations for limiting physical activity after the session for 3 days. This will allow the body time to renew itself and feel a comfortable restoration of strength and health. It is also recommended to increase fluid intake in order to help the body establish healing processes faster.
- Using the proposed method allows you to quickly achieve a balance of all structures of the body, normalize regulatory and protective systems, and increase the adaptive capabilities of the body.
