〔粘着シート〕
本発明の一実施形態に係る粘着シートは、1層または複数層からなる粘着剤層を備えたものであり、上記粘着剤層を構成する少なくとも1層が、修飾化シクロデキストリンを含有する粘着剤からなる。上記粘着剤層に2000kPaのせん断応力を600秒間印加したときのクリープ量は、上記粘着剤層の厚さに対する比として、5%以上であることが好ましい。また、上記粘着剤層に2000kPaのせん断応力を600秒間印加したときのクリープ量をC1(μm)とし、その後、上記粘着剤層に印加するせん断応力を0kPaとして20秒後に測定されるクリープ量をC2(μm)としたときに、以下の式(I)から算出されるクリープ変化率は、60%以上であることが好ましい。なお、上記クリープ量の測定方法の詳細は、後述する試験例に示す通りである。

図1に示すように、粘着シート1は、2枚の剥離シート12a,12bと、それら2枚の剥離シート12a,12bの剥離面と接するように当該2枚の剥離シート12a,12bに挟持された粘着剤層11とから構成される。なお、本明細書における剥離シートの剥離面とは、剥離シートにおいて剥離性を有する面をいい、剥離処理を施した面および剥離処理を施さなくても剥離性を示す面のいずれをも含むものである。
1-1.粘着剤層
1-1-1.アクリル系粘着剤層
本実施形態におけるアクリル系粘着剤層111を構成するアクリル系粘着剤は、特に限定されるものではなく、エマルション型、溶剤型または無溶剤型のいずれでもよい。また、活性エネルギー線硬化性のものであってもよいし、活性エネルギー線非硬化性のものであってもよいし、架橋タイプのものであってもよいし、非架橋タイプのものであってもよいし、これらを組み合わせたものであってもよい。これらの中でも、良好な柔軟性を得るために、活性エネルギー線非硬化性のものであることが好ましく、その中でも特に架橋タイプのものが好ましく、さらには熱架橋タイプのものが好ましい。
(1-1)(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)
(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)は、当該重合体を構成するモノマー単位として、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルと、分子内に反応性官能基を有するモノマー(反応性官能基含有モノマー)とを含有することが好ましい。
架橋剤(B)は、当該架橋剤(B)を含有するアクリル系粘着性組成物Pの加熱等をトリガーとして、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)を架橋し、三次元網目構造を形成する。これにより、所望の凝集力を有する粘着剤が得られる。
アクリル系粘着性組成物Pには、所望により、アクリル系粘着剤に通常使用されている各種添加剤、例えば、シランカップリング剤、紫外線吸収剤、帯電防止剤、粘着付与剤、酸化防止剤、光安定剤、軟化剤、防錆剤、充填剤、屈折率調整剤などを添加することができる。なお、後述の重合溶媒や希釈溶媒は、アクリル系粘着性組成物Pを構成する添加剤に含まれないものとする。
アクリル系粘着性組成物Pは、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)を製造し、得られた(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)と、架橋剤(B)とを混合するとともに、所望により添加剤を加えることで製造することができる。
アクリル系粘着剤層111を構成するアクリル系粘着剤は、好ましくはアクリル系粘着性組成物Pを架橋してなるものである。アクリル系粘着性組成物Pの架橋は、通常は加熱処理により行うことができる。なお、この加熱処理は、所望の対象物に塗布したアクリル系粘着性組成物Pの塗膜から希釈溶剤等を揮発させる際の乾燥処理で兼ねることもできる。
アクリル系粘着剤層111の厚さ(JIS K7130に準じて測定した値)は、それぞれ1~100μmであることが好ましく、2~60μmであることがより好ましく、特に3~30μmであることが好ましく、さらには4~15μmであることが好ましく、5~10μmであることが最も好ましい。アクリル系粘着剤層111のそれぞれの厚さが上記の範囲にあることにより、前述した物性が満たされ易くなり、また、所望の粘着力が発揮され易くなる。
(4-1)粘着力
アクリル系粘着剤層111のソーダライムガラスに対する粘着力は、0.1N/25mm以上であることが好ましく、0.5N/25mm以上であることがより好ましく、特に1N/25mm以上であることが好ましく、さらには1.5N/25mm以上であることが好ましい。これにより、粘着剤層11によってフレキシブル部材を貼合したフレキシブルデバイスを所定時間湾曲させたとき、そして当該湾曲状態から解放した後でも、粘着剤層11とフレキシブル部材との密着性が維持される。一方、上記粘着力の上限値については、特に制限されないが、リワーク性が必要な場合がある。このような観点から、上記粘着力は、50N/25mm以下であることが好ましく、30N/25mm以下であることがより好ましく、20N/25mm以下であることが特に好ましく、10N/25mm以下であることがさらに好ましく、4N/25mm以下であることが最も好ましい。本明細書における粘着力は、基本的にはJIS Z0237:2009に準じた180度引き剥がし法により測定した粘着力をいい、具体的な試験方法は、後述する試験例に示す通りである。
アクリル系粘着剤層111のヘイズ値は、2%以下であることが好ましく、1%以下であることがより好ましく、特に0.5%以下であることが好ましく、さらには0.3%以下であることが好ましく、中でも0.1%以下であることが好ましく、0.1%未満であることが最も好ましい。アクリル系粘着剤層111のヘイズ値が上記であることにより、光透過性に優れ、フレキシブルディスプレイ用として好適なものとなる。上記ヘイズ値の下限値は、特に限定されず、0%以上であってもよい。本明細書におけるヘイズ値は、JIS K7136:2000に準じて測定した値である。
アクリル系粘着剤層111の全光線透過率は、90%以上であることが好ましく、92%以上であることがより好ましく、特に95%以上であることが好ましく、さらには98%以上であることが好ましい。アクリル系粘着剤層111の全光線透過率が上記であることにより、光透過性に優れ、フレキシブルディスプレイ用として好適なものとなる。上記全光線透過率の上限値は特に限定されず、100%であってもよい。なお、本明細書における全光線透過率は、JIS K7361-1:1997に準じて測定した値である。
本実施形態におけるシリコーン系粘着剤層112を構成するシリコーン系粘着剤は、具体的には、シリコーン系粘着主剤と、修飾化シクロデキストリンとを含有することが好ましい。
(1-1)シリコーン系粘着主剤
本実施形態におけるシリコーン系粘着主剤は、縮合型シリコーン粘着剤であってもよいし、付加反応型シリコーン粘着剤であってもよいが、修飾化シクロデキストリンとの相溶性や加工性の観点から、付加反応型シリコーン粘着剤が好ましい。
本実施形態における修飾化シクロデキストリンは、シクロデキストリンの水酸基の少なくとも一部が他の官能基に置換されたものである。
シリコーン系粘着剤は、前述したシリコーン系粘着主剤の各成分と、修飾化シクロデキストリンと、所望により希釈溶剤とを混合したシリコーン系粘着剤塗布液を塗布した後、硬化させることで製造することができる。
シリコーン系粘着剤層112の厚さ(JIS K7130に準じて測定した値)は、それぞれ0.5~100μmであることが好ましく、1~60μmであることがより好ましく、特に3~30μmであることが好ましく、さらには4~25μmであることが好ましく、中でも5~20μmであることが好ましく、8~15μmであることが最も好ましい。シリコーン系粘着剤層112のそれぞれの厚さが上記の範囲にあることにより、前述した物性が満たされ易くなり、また、アクリル系粘着剤層111との密着性が良好に確保される。
(4-1)粘着力
シリコーン系粘着剤層112のソーダライムガラスに対する粘着力は、0.001N/25mm以上であることが好ましく、0.01N/25mm以上であることがより好ましく、特に0.03N/25mm以上であることが好ましく、さらには0.05N/25mm以上であることが好ましく、0.1N/25mm以上であることが最も好ましい。これにより、粘着剤層11によって構成部材を貼合したフレキシブルデバイスを所定時間湾曲させたとき、そして、当該湾曲状態から解放した後でも、シリコーン系粘着剤層112とアクリル系粘着剤層111との密着性が維持される。一方、上記粘着力の上限値については、特に制限されないが、通常は10N/25mm以下であることが好ましく、5N/25mm以下であることがより好ましく、1N/25mm以下であることが特に好ましく、さらには0.5N/25mm以下であることが好ましく、0.16N/25mm以下であることが最も好ましい。
シリコーン系粘着剤層112のヘイズ値は、2%以下であることが好ましく、1%以下であることがより好ましく、特に0.5%以下であることが好ましく、さらには0.3%以下であることが好ましく、0.2%以下であることが最も好ましい。シリコーン系粘着剤層112のヘイズ値が上記であることにより、光透過性に優れ、フレキシブルディスプレイ用として好適なものとなる。上記ヘイズ値の下限値は、特に限定されず、0%以上であってもよい。
シリコーン系粘着剤層112の全光線透過率は、90%以上であることが好ましく、92%以上であることがより好ましく、特に95%以上であることが好ましく、さらには98%以上であることが好ましい。シリコーン系粘着剤層112の全光線透過率が上記であることにより、光透過性に優れ、フレキシブルディスプレイ用として好適なものとなる。上記全光線透過率の上限値は特に限定されず、100%であってもよい。
剥離シート12a,12bは、粘着シート1の使用時まで粘着剤層11を保護するものであり、粘着シート1(粘着剤層11)を使用するときに剥離される。本実施形態に係る粘着シート1において、剥離シート12a,12bの一方または両方は必ずしも必要なものではない。
粘着シート1の一製造例としては、一方の剥離シート12aの剥離面に、アクリル系粘着性組成物Pの塗布液を塗布し、加熱処理を行ってアクリル系粘着性組成物Pを熱架橋し、塗布層を形成して、アクリル系粘着剤塗布層付きの剥離シート12aを得る。また、他方の剥離シート12bの剥離面に、上記アクリル系粘着性組成物Pの塗布液を塗布し、加熱処理を行ってアクリル系粘着性組成物Pを熱架橋し、塗布層を形成して、アクリル系粘着剤塗布層付きの剥離シート12bを得る。それとは別に、図示しない剥離シートの剥離面に、前述したシリコーン系粘着剤塗布液を塗布した後、乾燥し、硬化させることにより、シリコーン系粘着剤層112を形成し、シリコーン系粘着剤層付きの剥離シートを得る。なお、シリコーン系粘着剤層用の剥離シートは、プラスチックフィルムに剥離処理がされていないものであってもよいし、剥離処理がされているものであってもよい。特に問題なければ、剥離処理されたプラスチックフィルムを使用すればよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るフレキシブルデバイスは、前述した粘着シート1における粘着剤層11を備えたものであり、当該粘着剤層11によって所望のフレキシブル部材同士を貼合した構成を有する。
β-シクロデキストリン(ナカライテスク社製)1.8gおよび触媒としてのp-トルエンスルホン酸1水和物47mgを、溶媒としての酢酸イソプロペニル8.5mlに添加し、70℃で16時間反応させた。反応溶液を減圧留去し、得られた固体を10質量%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液で洗浄した後、クロロホルムにて抽出し、アセトンにより再結晶させて、白色固体のアセチル化β-シクロデキストリン(PAcβCD)2.5gを得た。
γ-シクロデキストリン(ナカライテスク社製)2gおよび触媒としてのp-トルエンスルホン酸1水和物47mgを、溶媒としての酢酸イソプロペニル8.5mlに添加し、70℃で16時間反応させた。反応溶液を減圧留去し、得られた固体を10質量%炭酸ナトリウム水溶液で洗浄した後、クロロホルムにて抽出し、アセトンにより再結晶させて、白色固体のアセチル化γ-シクロデキストリン(PAcγCD)2.5gを得た。
1.シリコーン系粘着剤塗布液の調製
付加反応型シリコーン樹脂(信越化学工業社製,「KS-847H」)100質量部(固形分換算;以下同じ)と、シリコーンレジン(ダウ・東レ社製,「SD-4584」)30質量部と、白金触媒(ダウ・東レ社製,「SRX 212 CATALYST」)2質量部と、調製例2で調製したアセチル化γ-シクロデキストリン1質量部と、希釈剤としてのメチルエチルケトンとを混合し、これをシリコーン系粘着剤塗布液とした。
上記工程1で得られたシリコーン系粘着剤塗布液を、第2の剥離シートとしてのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(三菱ケミカル社製,製品名「ダイアホイルT100-50S」,厚さ50μm)の片面にナイフコーターで塗布した。そして、塗布層に対し120℃で2分間加熱処理して、厚さ5μmおよび厚さ10μmのシリコーン系粘着剤層をそれぞれ形成した。
アセチル化γ-シクロデキストリンに替えて調製例1で調製したアセチル化β-シクロデキストリンを使用する以外、製造例1と同様にしてシリコーン系粘着剤塗布液を得た。次いで、当該シリコーン系粘着剤塗布液を使用して、製造例1と同様にして、第1の剥離シート/シリコーン系粘着剤層(厚さ:5μm)/第2の剥離シートの構成からなるシリコーン系粘着シートII-5を作製した。上記シリコーン系粘着シートII-5の粘着剤層を「シリコーン系粘着剤層II-5」という。
アセチル化γ-シクロデキストリンを配合しない以外、製造例1と同様にしてシリコーン系粘着剤塗布液を得た。次いで、当該シリコーン系粘着剤塗布液を使用して、製造例1と同様にして、第1の剥離シート/シリコーン系粘着剤層(厚さ:10μm)/第2の剥離シートの構成からなるシリコーン系粘着シートIII-10を作製した。上記シリコーン系粘着シートIII-10の粘着剤層を「シリコーン系粘着剤層III-10」という。
1.(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)の調製
アクリル酸n-ブチル95質量部およびアクリル酸4-ヒドロキシブチル5質量部を溶液重合法により共重合させて、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)を調製した。この(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)の分子量を後述する方法で測定したところ、重量平均分子量(Mw)190万であった。
上記工程1で得られた(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)100質量部と、イソシアネート系架橋剤(B)としてのトリメチロールプロパン変性トリレンジイソシアネート(三井化学社製,製品名「タケネートD-101E」)0.14質量部と、シランカップリング剤としての3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン0.1質量部とを混合し、十分に撹拌して、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、粘着性組成物の塗布溶液を得た。
上記工程2で得られた粘着性組成物の塗布溶液を、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの片面をシリコーン系剥離剤で剥離処理した重剥離型剥離シート(リンテック社製,製品名「SP-PET382150」)の剥離処理面に、ナイフコーターで塗布した。そして、塗布層に対し、90℃で1分間加熱処理して塗布層を形成した。
1.(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)の調製
アクリル酸n-ブチル90質量部、アクリル酸4-ヒドロキシブチル5質量部およびアクリル酸5質量部を溶液重合法により共重合させて、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)を調製した。この(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)の分子量を後述する方法で測定したところ、重量平均分子量(Mw)160万であった。
上記工程1で得られた(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)100質量部と、エポキシ系架橋剤(B)としての1,3-ビス(N,N-ジグリシジルアミノメチル)シクロヘキサン0.05質量部と、シランカップリング剤としての3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン0.1質量部とを混合し、十分に撹拌して、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、粘着性組成物の塗布溶液を得た。
上記工程2で得られた粘着性組成物の塗布溶液を使用し、製造例1と同様にして、重剥離型剥離シート/粘着剤層(厚さ:5μm)/軽剥離型剥離シートの構成からなるアクリル系粘着シートV-5、重剥離型剥離シート/粘着剤層(厚さ:10μm)/軽剥離型剥離シートの構成からなるアクリル系粘着シートV-10、および重剥離型剥離シート/粘着剤層(厚さ:25μm)/軽剥離型剥離シートの構成からなるアクリル系粘着シートV-25を作製した。上記アクリル系粘着シートV-5の粘着剤層を「アクリル系粘着剤層V-5」、上記アクリル系粘着シートV-10の粘着剤層を「アクリル系粘着剤層V-10」、上記アクリル系粘着シートV-25の粘着剤層を「アクリル系粘着剤層V-25」という。
1.(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)の調製
アクリル酸n-ブチル55質量部、アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル40質量部およびアクリル酸4-ヒドロキシブチル5質量部を溶液重合法により共重合させて、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)を調製した。この(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)の分子量を後述する方法で測定したところ、重量平均分子量(Mw)100万であった。
上記工程1で得られた(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)100質量部と、イソシアネート系架橋剤(B)としてのトリメチロールプロパン変性トリレンジイソシアネート(三井化学社製,製品名「タケネートD-101E」)0.15質量部と、シランカップリング剤としての3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン0.1質量部とを混合し、十分に撹拌して、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、粘着性組成物の塗布溶液を得た。
上記工程2で得られた粘着性組成物の塗布溶液を使用し、製造例1と同様にして、重剥離型剥離シート/粘着剤層(厚さ:25μm)/軽剥離型剥離シートの構成からなるアクリル系粘着シートVI-25を作製した。当該アクリル系粘着シートVI-25の粘着剤層を「アクリル系粘着剤層VI-25」という。
1.(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)の調製
アクリル酸n-ブチル95質量部およびアクリル酸5質量部を溶液重合法により共重合させて、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)を調製した。この(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)の分子量を後述する方法で測定したところ、重量平均分子量(Mw)180万であった。
上記工程1で得られた(メタ)アクリル酸エステル重合体(A)100質量部と、エポキシ系架橋剤(B)としての1,3-ビス(N,N-ジグリシジルアミノメチル)シクロヘキサン0.08質量部と、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂(東亜合成社製「アロニックス M-315」およびIGM resins社製「OMNIRAD 184」の10:1混合物(質量比))15質量部と、シランカップリング剤としての3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン0.1質量部とを混合し、十分に撹拌して、メチルエチルケトンで希釈することにより、粘着性組成物の塗布溶液を得た。
上記工程2で得られた粘着性組成物の塗布溶液を、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの片面をシリコーン系剥離剤で剥離処理した重剥離型剥離シート(リンテック社製,製品名「SP-PET382150」)の剥離処理面に、ナイフコーターで塗布した。そして、塗布層に対し、90℃で1分間加熱処理して塗布層を形成した。

・高圧水銀ランプ使用
・照度200mW/cm2,光量200mJ/cm2
・UV照度・光量計はアイグラフィックス社製「UVPF-36」を使用

・GPC測定装置:東ソー社製,HLC-8020
・GPCカラム(以下の順に通過):東ソー社製
TSK guard column HXL-H
TSK gel GMHXL(×2)
TSK gel G2000HXL
・測定溶媒:テトラヒドロフラン
・測定温度:40℃
製造例2で得られたシリコーン系粘着シートII-5を1枚、製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-10を2枚使用して、3層構造の粘着剤層を有する粘着シートおよび模擬のフレキシブルデバイスを製造した。
製造例1で得られたシリコーン系粘着シートI-5を1枚、製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-10を2枚使用し、実施例1と同様にして、3層構造の粘着剤層を有する粘着シートおよび模擬のフレキシブルデバイスを製造した。具体的には、重剥離型剥離シート/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層I-5(5μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/重剥離型剥離シートの積層体からなる粘着シート、およびPETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層I-5(5μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
製造例1で得られたシリコーン系粘着シートI-10を1枚、製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-10を1枚、製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-5を1枚使用し、実施例1と同様にして、3層構造の粘着剤層を有する粘着シートおよび模擬のフレキシブルデバイスを製造した。具体的には、重剥離型剥離シート/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層I-10(10μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-5(5μm)/重剥離型剥離シートの積層体からなる粘着シート、およびPETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層I-10(10μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-5(5μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
製造例1で得られたシリコーン系粘着シートI-10を1枚、製造例5で得られたアクリル系粘着シートV-10を1枚、製造例5で得られたアクリル系粘着シートV-5を1枚使用し、実施例1と同様にして、3層構造の粘着剤層を有する粘着シートおよび模擬のフレキシブルデバイスを製造した。具体的には、重剥離型剥離シート/アクリル系粘着剤層V-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層I-10(10μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層V-5(5μm)/重剥離型剥離シートの積層体からなる粘着シート、およびPETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層V-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層I-10(10μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層V-5(5μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
製造例1で得られたシリコーン系粘着シートI-5を1枚、製造例5で得られたアクリル系粘着シートV-10を2枚使用し、実施例1と同様にして、3層構造の粘着剤層を有する粘着シートおよび模擬のフレキシブルデバイスを製造した。具体的には、重剥離型剥離シート/アクリル系粘着剤層V-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層I-5(5μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層V-10(10μm)/重剥離型剥離シートの積層体からなる粘着シート、およびPETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層V-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層I-5(5μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層V-10(10μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
製造例3で得られたシリコーン系粘着シートIII-10を1枚、製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-10を1枚、製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-5を1枚使用し、実施例1と同様にして、重剥離型剥離シート/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/シリコーン系粘着剤層III-10(10μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-5(5μm)/重剥離型剥離シートの積層体からなる粘着シートを製造しようとした。しかし、アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10とシリコーン系粘着剤層III-10とが密着できず、また、シリコーン系粘着剤層III-10とアクリル系粘着剤層IV-5とが密着できなかったため、上記の粘着シートは製造できなかった。
シリコーン系粘着シートの替わりにPETフィルム(ユニチカ社製,製品名「エンブレット PET-12」,厚さ12μm)を1枚、製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-10を1枚、製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-5を1枚使用し、実施例1と同様にして、粘着シートおよび模擬のフレキシブルデバイスを製造した。具体的には、重剥離型剥離シート/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/PETフィルム(12μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-5(5μm)/重剥離型剥離シートの積層体からなる粘着シート、およびPETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-10(10μm)/PETフィルム(12μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-5(5μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
製造例4で得られたアクリル系粘着シートIV-25を比較例3の粘着シートとし、当該粘着シートを使用して、PETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層IV-25(25μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
製造例5で得られたアクリル系粘着シートV-25を比較例4の粘着シートとし、当該粘着シートを使用して、PETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層V-25(25μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
製造例6で得られたアクリル系粘着シートVI-25を比較例5の粘着シートとし、当該粘着シートを使用して、PETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層VI-25(25μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
製造例7で得られたアクリル系粘着シートVII-25を比較例6の粘着シートとし、当該粘着シートを使用して、PETフィルム(100μm)/アクリル系粘着剤層VII-25(25μm)/PETフィルム(100μm)の積層体からなる模擬フレキシブルデバイスを得た。
各製造例で作製した粘着シートの粘着剤層をガラスに貼合して、これを測定用サンプルとした。ガラスでバックグラウンド測定を行った上で、上記測定用サンプルについて、JIS K7136:2000に準じて、ヘイズメーター(日本電色工業社製,製品名「NDH5000」)を用いてヘイズ値(%)を測定した。結果を表1および表2に示す。
各製造例で作製した粘着シートの粘着剤層をガラスに貼合して、これを測定用サンプルとした。ガラスでバックグラウンド測定を行った上で、上記測定用サンプルについて、JIS K7361-1:1997に準じて、ヘイズメーター(日本電色工業社製,製品名「SH-7000」)を用いて全光線透過率(%)を測定した。結果を表1および表2に示す。
各製造例で作製した粘着シートから軽剥離型剥離シートまたは第1の剥離シートを剥離し、露出した粘着剤層を、易接着層を有するポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(東洋紡社製,製品名「PET A4300」,厚さ:100μm)の易接着層に貼合し、重剥離型剥離シート/粘着剤層/PETフィルムの積層体を得た。得られた積層体を25mm幅、110mm長に裁断した。
実施例および比較例の粘着シートの粘着剤層について、粘弾性測定装置(Anton paar社製,製品名「MCR302」)を用い、以下の条件で2000kPaのせん断応力を600秒間印加した時のクリープ量(C1;μm)を測定した。その後、粘着剤層に印加するせん断応力を0kPaとして、その20秒後のクリープ量(C2;μm)を測定した。なお、粘着剤層が厚さの異なるアクリル系粘着剤層を含んでいる場合、厚さの厚い方のアクリル系粘着剤層側からせん断応力を印加した。
測定温度:25℃
測定点:20秒毎1点
クリープ変化率(%)=(1-C2/C1)×100 …(I)
実施例および比較例で製造した模擬フレキシブルデバイスを、幅2.5cm×長さ15cmにカットし、これをサンプルとした。当該サンプルを、直径2.5cmの円筒に巻き付け、23℃で1分間静置した。なお、模擬フレキシブルデバイスの粘着剤層が厚さの異なるアクリル系粘着剤層を含んでいる場合、厚さの薄い方のアクリル系粘着剤層側が内側になるように、円筒に巻き付けた。このとき、粘着剤層とPETフィルムとの間で剥離が生じたかどうかを目視により判断した。その結果から、以下の基準に基づいて、巻き付け(湾曲)の評価をした。結果を表3に示す。

Claims (10)
- 1層または複数層からなる粘着剤層を備えた粘着シートであって、
前記粘着剤層を構成する少なくとも1層が、修飾化シクロデキストリンを含有する粘着剤からなり、
前記粘着剤層に2000kPaのせん断応力を600秒間印加したときのクリープ量が、前記粘着剤層の厚さに対する比として、5%以上であり、
前記粘着剤層に2000kPaのせん断応力を600秒間印加したときのクリープ量をC1とし、その後、前記粘着剤層に印加するせん断応力を0kPaとして20秒後に測定されるクリープ量をC2としたときに、以下の式(I)から算出されるクリープ変化率が、60%以上である
ことを特徴とする粘着シート。
クリープ変化率(%)=(1-C2/C1)×100 …(I) - 前記修飾化シクロデキストリンを含有する粘着剤が、シリコーン系粘着剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記粘着剤層が複数層からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記修飾化シクロデキストリンを含有する粘着剤からなる層の厚さが、前記粘着剤層の総厚さの10%以上、80%以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記修飾化シクロデキストリンを含有する粘着剤からなる層が、シリコーン系粘着剤からなり、
前記修飾化シクロデキストリンを含有する粘着剤からなる層以外の層が、アクリル系粘着剤からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の粘着シート。 - 前記アクリル系粘着剤からなる層が、前記粘着剤層の両最外層に位置していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の粘着シート。
- フレキシブルデバイス用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- ローラブルデバイス用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
- 前記粘着シートが、2枚の剥離シートを備えており、
前記粘着剤層が、前記2枚の剥離シートの剥離面と接するように前記剥離シートに挟持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着シート。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の粘着シートにおける粘着剤層を備えたフレキシブルデバイス。
