L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation automatique en noyau d'atomisation et d'injection d'huile et d'alimentation automatique en embout buccal et de vissage comprenant : une table d'usinage (1), une plaque de séparation (20) utilisée pour monter des gabarits (22) qui est disposée sur la table d'usinage ; un mécanisme d'alimentation en noyau d'atomisation (3) permettant de fournir des noyaux d'atomisation (23) à usiner sur les gabarits sur la plaque de séparation un par un ; un mécanisme d'injection d'huile en noyau d'atomisation (4) permettant d'injecter de l'huile sur les noyaux d'atomisation sur les gabarits sur la plaque de séparation ; un mécanisme d'alimentation et de préassemblage d'embout buccal (6) permettant de préassembler des embouts buccaux sur les noyaux d'atomisation sur les gabarits sur la plaque de séparation ; un mécanisme d'assemblage (7) permettant d'assembler les embouts buccaux et les noyaux d'atomisation sur les gabarits sur la plaque de séparation ; et un mécanisme d'évacuation (8) permettant d'évacuer des produits finis qui ont subi toutes les procédures de fonctionnement. Le dispositif peut améliorer l'efficacité de production, réduire considérablement l'intensité de travail des ouvriers, et améliorer remarquablement le niveau d'automatisation.
