Abstract

La présente invention concerne un brûleur (400) comprenant une lance de brûleur (200) ayant une première partie (200a) et une seconde partie (200b). La lance de brûleur (200) comprend un premier élément de fixation ouvrable (320) pour fixer la première partie (200a) à la seconde partie (200b) et pour détacher la seconde partie (200b) de la première partie (200a). La première partie (200a) comprend une première partie (210a) d'un tuyau interne (210) et une première partie (220a) d'un tuyau externe (220). La première partie (200a) peut être attachée ou est fixée à une buse (310). La seconde partie (200b) comprend une seconde partie (210b) du tuyau interne (210) et une seconde partie (220a) du tuyau externe (220). La lance de brûleur (200) comprend des première et seconde entrées (201, 202) pour laisser passer des premier et second fluides dans le tuyau interne (210) et le tuyau externe (220). Le brûleur (400) comprend un tuyau de protection (410) entourant latéralement la lance de brûleur (200) de telle sorte que le premier élément de fixation ouvrable (320) est disposé à l'intérieur du tuyau de protection (410). La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'entretien d'une lance de brûleur (200), le procédé consistant à détacher une seconde partie (200b) de la lance de brûleur (200) d'une première partie (200a) de la lance de brûleur (200), puis entretenir ou remplacer la buse (310) et/ou la première partie (200a) de la lance de brûleur (200).
