Claims (8)
- Chambre de combustion sur lit fluidisé, comprenant- une entrée de matériau (1) à travers laquelle de la matière solide particulaire peut être introduite,- une chambre de réaction (2) dans laquelle la matière solide particulaire est introduite,- un fond fluidisé (3) situé en dessous de la chambre de réaction (2) à travers lequel un milieu gazeux primaire est fourni à la chambre de réaction,- au moins une buse agencée au-dessus du fond fluidisé (3) avec laquelle un second milieu gazeux peut être fourni à la chambre de réaction, la buse comprenant une entrée de gaz et une sortie de gaz,caractérisée en ce que
l'entrée de gaz se présente sous la forme d'un tuyau de buse (6) et la sortie de gaz se présente sous la forme d'un insert de sortie (7), l'insert de sortie (7) étant au moins partiellement inséré dans le tuyau de buse (6), dans laquelle l'insert de sortie (7) est relié au tuyau de buse (6) par un joint soudé (8), le joint soudé (8) étant agencé sur l'extérieur du tuyau de buse (6). - Chambre de combustion sur lit fluidisé selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le joint soudé (8) est accessible à partir de la chambre de réaction (2).
- Chambre de combustion sur lit fluidisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'insert de sortie (7) comporte une bride (9) qui vient buter contre une face d'extrémité du tuyau de buse (6), dans laquelle le joint soudé (8) est monté entre la bride (9) et une circonférence externe de la face d'extrémité du tuyau de buse (6).
- Chambre de combustion sur lit fluidisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le tuyau de buse (6) est agencé dans une paroi (10) délimitant la chambre de réaction (2), dans laquelle le tuyau de buse (6) fait saillie dans la chambre de réaction (2), dans laquelle le tuyau de buse (6) fait saillie dans la chambre de réaction (2) et le joint soudé (8) est agencé sur une section du tuyau de buse (6) qui s'étend dans la chambre de réaction (2).
- Chambre de combustion sur lit fluidisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le joint soudé (8) étant incarné par au moins l'une des caractéristiques suivantes :- un cordon de soudure continu,- plusieurs billes de soudure,- plusieurs points de soudure.
- Chambre de combustion sur lit fluidisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'insert de sortie (7) comprend au moins l'une des caractéristiques suivantes :- une partie de sortie multiple,- une partie de déflexion,- une partie de tourbillonnement.
- Chambre de combustion sur lit fluidisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre au moins- un séparateur permettant de séparer des particules solides des gaz d'échappement de la chambre de réaction (2),- un échangeur de chaleur pour les particules solides séparées et/ou- un retour pour les particules séparées dans la chambre de réaction.
- Procédé de remplacement d'une partie de sortie d'une buse dans une chambre de combustion sur lit fluidisé, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :- détruire un joint soudé situé entre l'insert de sortie usagé (7) de la buse et un tuyau de buse (6), le joint soudé (8) étant agencé sur l'extérieur du tuyau de buse (6),- retirer l'insert de sortie usagé (7) l'extérieur du tuyau de buse (6),- insérer un nouvel insert de sortie (7) dans le tuyau de buse (6),- relier le nouveau insert de sortie (7) au tuyau de buse (6) par un joint soudé (8), le joint soudé (8) étant agencé sur l'extérieur du tuyau de buse (6).
