L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de combustible solide 100 qui est pourvu de réservoirs de réception (premier réservoir de réception 112 et second réservoir de réception 114) pour recevoir une matière première de biomasse et de l'eau, une unité de déshydratation 120 pour déshydrater la matière première de biomasse, une unité de séchage 140 pour sécher la matière première de biomasse déshydratée, une unité de moulage 160 pour mouler la matière première de biomasse séchée, et une unité d'alimentation en déchets liquides 170 pour fournir des déchets liquides générés dans les réservoirs de réception ou les déchets liquides générés dans l'unité de déshydratation à l'une quelconque ou à une pluralité de matières premières de biomasse parmi la matière première de biomasse issue de l'unité de séchage, une matière première de biomasse issue de l'unité de moulage, et une matière première de biomasse dans l'unité de moulage.
