本发明公开了一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统及安全监测方法,系统主要由状态采集模块、安全座椅控制单元、一安全控制模块、一网络数据处理平台及移动操作端构成。本发明基于儿童安全座椅传感器数据采集,分析监控当前儿童的乘坐状态生命体征以及车内环境状态;并同时提供以下功能:第一,采集儿童在车内状态,及判断是否有危险,并通过互联网终端予以告知监护人们(数个持有移动终端并允许访问的人);第二,儿童安全座椅数据采集信息通过云端处理或者通过车载电脑对整车的控制(如车窗开闭,空调启动,打开天窗、车辆制动、车灯闪烁、鸣笛等功能)消除儿童在车内的危险及隐患,并同时报警。

Description

一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统及安全监测方法 技术领域
本发明涉及儿童乘车状态检测领域,尤其涉及一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统及安全监测方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,儿童乘坐私家汽车的几率急剧增加。汽车碰撞事故给儿童带来的伤害是巨大的,儿童的乘车安全逐渐引起人们的重视。
汽车儿童安全座椅属于儿童约束系统其中的一种,对避免碰撞事故中儿童死亡或严重损伤发挥着重要作用。普通的汽车儿童安全座椅,绝大部分都是独立的附加装置,只是起到了固定儿童身体,平时避免其行驶中碰撞损伤,发生事故时起到相应保护的作用。
而正常行驶中,儿童即使不使用儿童座椅,有成人陪护也能保证基本安全,而发生事故又是小概率事件,尤其是没有儿童乘坐时完全处于闲置状态,这就产生了一个座椅大部分时间处于可有可无浪费状态的问题,甚至被弃用。如何更大程度的发挥安全座椅的作用,提高安全座椅发挥功效的时间范围,就是急需要解决的一个问题。
除了市面上常见的普通安全座椅外,也有个别厂家开始推出带有智能控制功能的产品,但其纯功能性的提升点,未实现更大的发挥安全座椅功效的效果。比如,中国专利申请(申请号为2012102010511)公开了一种儿童安全座椅、儿童安全座椅自救系统及方法,儿童安全座椅上设有自救装置,包括控制器、识别感应系统和生命支持系统。该发明仅仅局限于极端意外情况下的生命保障领域。中国专利申请(申请号为2013100276572)提供了一种集成式汽车安全座椅高度调节方法及其装置,它属于汽车安全性设计领域。主要是为了汽车碰撞事故中减少儿童乘员损伤。还有申请号为2012105382427的中国专利申请,以及申请号为201410331191X的中国专利申请,均是从儿童固定方式、卡扣检测控制等方面进行了改进设计。
目前,市场上的儿童座椅无法判断儿童在乘车时的生命体征和环境状态,也无法与车载电脑互联来调控车内环境达到儿童体征适合的环境状态。 本发明则在安全座椅的既有功能的基础上添加了环境监测、防止儿童被遗忘等方面进行了设计,从而进一步的扩大了的安全座椅的功效发挥范围。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统及安全监测方法,能够根据儿童乘车时儿童安全座椅上的状态采集模块对车内环境以及儿童生命体征状态进行判断分析,来提醒家长,孩子当前的状况,并可以与车载电脑交互来调整车内环境。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明公开了一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,包括:
状态采集模块,用于实时采集儿童安全座椅上的乘客状态及车内环境状态;
安全座椅控制单元,通信连接于所述状态采集模块,用于对所述状态采集模块实时采集的所述乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,并向外发送乘客信息及车内环境信息;所述安全座椅控制单元进一步通信连接于汽车的车载电脑;
安全控制模块,所述安全控制模块通信连接于所述安全座椅控制单元,用于接收所述安全座椅控制单元发送的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息,并根据接收到的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息对所述儿童安全座椅进行功能调节;
网络数据处理平台,通信连接于所述安全座椅控制单元,用于接收所述安全座椅控制单元发送的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息;所述网络数据处理平台进一步与汽车云服务平台交互连接,所述汽车云服务平台通信连接于所述车载电脑,用于根据所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息控制所述车载电脑对汽车进行功能调节;以及
移动操作端,通过网络连接于所述网络数据处理平台,用于查看所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息。
所述儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统进一步的改进在于,所述状态采集模块包括温度传感器、湿度传感器、空气质量传感器、isofix接口传感器、折叠传感器、重力探测传感器、压力传感器、霍尔开关传感器、光电传感器中的一种或多种。
所述儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统进一步的改进在于,所述安全座椅 控制单元包括:
信息处理模块,连接于所述状态采集模块,用于对所述状态采集模块实时采集的所述乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,生成乘客信息及车内环境信息;
无线通信模块,连接于所述信息处理模块,用于向外发送所述乘客信息及车内环境信息。
所述儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统进一步的改进在于,所述安全座椅控制单元中还设有报警模块,所述报警模块连接于所述信息处理模块,用于检测所述乘客信息及车内环境信息中是否存在危机信息,并在检测到危机信息时向外发送报警信息;所述报警模块进一步连接于所述无线通信模块。
所述儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统进一步的改进在于,所述安全控制模块包括风扇、加热垫、座椅调角器中的一种或多种。
所述儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统进一步的改进在于,所述网络数据处理平台通过网络连接于应急处理中心,所述应急处理中心用于根据所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息进行应急处理。

实时采集儿童安全座椅上的乘客状态及车内环境状态;
对实时采集的所述乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,并向外发送乘客信息及车内环境信息;
根据所述乘客信息及车内环境信息对儿童安全座椅进行功能调节;
提供一网络数据处理平台,利用所述网络数据处理平台接收所述乘客信息及车内环境信息;
用户利用无线连接于所述网络数据处理平台的移动操作端,查看所述数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息;以及
将所述网络数据处理平台与汽车云服务平台交互连接,所述汽车云服务平台通信连接于汽车的车载电脑,利用所述汽车云服务平台根据所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息操控所述车载电脑对汽车进行功能调节;以及利用所述汽车云服务平台操控所述车载电脑对所述儿童安全座椅进行功能调节。
所述儿童安全座椅的安全监测方法进一步的改进在于,用户在查看所述乘客信息及车内环境信息后利用所述移动操作端对所述儿童安全座椅进行功能调节。

本发明主要提供了一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统及安全监测方法,能够根据儿童乘车时儿童安全座椅上的状态采集模块对车内环境以及 儿童生命体征状态进行判断分析,来提醒家长,孩子当前的状况,并可以与车载电脑交互来调整车内环境。
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
首先,请参阅图1所示,为本发明一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统的功能模块示意图,具体的,本发明一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统主要由一状态采集模块11、一安全座椅控制单元12、一安全控制模块13、一网络数据处理平台14及移动操作端15构成。
状态采集模块11装载于儿童安全座椅上,用于实时采集儿童安全座椅上的乘客状态及车内环境状态,乘客状态如当前儿童的乘坐状态及生命体征等,车内环境状态如车内空气质量及温湿度等。
其中,状态采集模块11可包含温度传感器、湿度传感器、空气质量传感器、isofix接口传感器、折叠传感器、重力探测传感器、压力传感器、霍尔开关传感器、光电传感器中的一种或多种。如采用温度传感器和湿度传感器可用于检测儿童安全座椅的当前温度和湿度,当将温度传感器和湿度传感器设置在与儿童皮肤相接触的位置时,可用于测量儿童的生命体征;当然温度传感器和湿度传感器还可以用于实时监测汽车内的温度和湿度。isofix接口传感器(儿童座椅接口感应),安装在儿童安全座椅与汽车座椅的接口位置,用于检测接口位置是否牢固。折叠传感器可设置在儿童安全座椅的折叠位置,用于检测折叠位置的当前状态。重力探测传感器和压力传感器可设置在儿童安全座椅的坐垫上,用于检测儿童是否处于座椅上,以及儿童于座椅上的乘坐状态,以避免儿童被遗忘在车内而发生不测,同时也能在行车过程中监测儿童乘坐的舒适性。霍尔开关传感器和光电传感器可用于检测车内的磁场和光电,防止意外事件发生。空气质量传感器包含VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds,挥发性有机化合物)传感器、可吸入颗粒物传感器和CO(一氧化碳)有毒气体传感器中的一种或多种,用于实时监测汽车内的空气质量。除上述提到的各种传感器外,本发明的状态采集模块还可采用其他具有同等效果的设备,只要能够达到获取儿童安全座椅上的乘客状态及车内环境状态的效果即可,本发明不局限于上述提到的传感器及其组合方式。
安全座椅控制单元12通信连接于状态采集模块11,用于对状态采集模块11实时采集的乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,并向外发送乘客信息及车内环境信息。
配合图2所示,为本发明一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统中的安全座椅控制单元的功能模块示意图。该安全座椅控制12单元主要包括一信息处理模块121,一无线通信模块122及一电源模块123。
信息处理模块121作为安全座椅控制12的主要部分,其连接于状态采集模块11,用于对状态采集模块11实时采集的乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,生成乘客信息及车内环境信息。无线通信模块122连接于信息处理模块121,用于向外发送乘客信息及车内环境信息。电源模块123连接于信息处理模块121,用于为信息处理模块121供电。
进一步的,安全座椅控制单元12中还设有报警模块124,该报警模块124连接于信息处理模块121,用于检测信息处理模块121中的乘客信息及车内环境信息中是否存在危机信息,并在检测到危机信息时向外发送报警信息,可通过在儿童安全座椅上安装报警器(如喇叭或警示灯)来检测报警模块发送的报警信息,并发出报警,通知监护人员;或者可将该报警模块124连接于无线通信模块122,利用无线通信模块122将来自于报警模块124的报警信息连同信息处理模块121中的乘客信息及车内环境信息一起打包发送至网络数据处理平台14。
该安全座椅控制单元12进一步通信连接于汽车的车载电脑16(Electronic Control Unit,电子控制单元,简称ECU),利用信息处理模块121接收车载电脑16发送的控制指令,控制安全控制模块13进行相应操作。
安全控制模块13装载于儿童安全座椅上,该安全控制模块13通信连接于安全座椅控制单元12的信息处理模块121,用于接收安全座椅控制单元12发送的乘客信息及车内环境信息,并根据接收到的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息对儿童安全座椅进行功能调节。其中,安全控制模块13包括风扇、加热垫、座椅调角器中的一种或多种,通过电动和/或手动进行调节,如可利用风扇在接收到温度过高的信息时对儿童安全座椅进行降温,可利用加热垫在接收到温度过低的信息时对儿童安全座椅的坐垫进行加热,可利用座椅调角器在接收到座椅折叠角度不当的信息时对座椅角度进行调整。除上述提到的各种安全控制模块13外,本发明的安全控制模块还可采用其他具有同等效果的设备,本发明不局限于上述提到的安全控制模块及其组合方式。
网络数据处理平台14通信连接于安全座椅控制单元12的无线通信模 块122,用于接收无线通信模块122发送的乘客信息、车内环境信息及报警信息。网络数据处理平台14采用座椅云服务平台,通过wifi、蓝牙、ZigBee(基于IEEE802.15.4标准的低功耗局域网协议)、GPRS等互联网、物联网数据传输方式获取安全座椅控制单元12发送的乘客信息、车内环境信息及报警信息,将该些乘客信息、车内环境信息及报警信息集中存储在网络中,以便数据交互。
网络数据处理平台14通过网络进一步连接于一应急处理中心18,网络数据处理平台14通过网络发送儿童安全座椅的故障信息、儿童生命体征信息及应急信息等,应急处理中心18在接收到该些信息后,进行相应的应急处理,如报修、通知监护人等。
移动操作端15为通过网络连接于座椅云服务平台的智能移动终端,如智能手机或移动电脑(PAD)等,用于查看网络数据处理平台14中的乘客信息、车内环境信息及报警信息,监护人(父母、祖父母、外祖父母、老师等)可通过在智能手机上下载相应的移动终端(APP),通过网络协议访问网络数据处理平台14并获取网络数据处理平台14发送的乘客信息、车内环境信息及报警信息,以便实时获取儿童于汽车内、于儿童安全座椅上的状态。同时,也可以在下载的APP上建立聊天群组,针对儿童安全座椅上的儿童的生命体征、环境信息及报警信息进行交流,便于信息共享;同时可将移动操作端15通信连接于网络数据处理平台14,将聊天群组中的聊天信息储存至网络数据处理平台14中,进行数据集中储存。
进一步地,该移动操作端15还控制连接于安全座椅控制单元12的信息处理模块121,用于操控安全座椅控制单元12控制安全控制模块13对儿童安全座椅进行功能调节,从而实现监护人通过移动操作端15来远程操控儿童安全座椅,及时消除儿童在汽车内的危险及隐患。其中,移动操作端15可通过wifi、蓝牙、ZigBee(基于IEEE802.15.4标准的低功耗局域网协议)、GPRS等互联网、物联网数据传输方式发送控制指令至安全座椅控制单元12的信息处理模块121,以操作安全座椅控制单元12做出相应的控制服务。
作为本发明的创新点,本发明中的网络数据处理平台14与汽车云服务平台17交互连接,实现控制指令和相关信息的交互。汽车云服务平台17建立于网络中,用于实时监控和更新汽车的所有信息和状态,包括汽车的性能参数和行驶状况等。汽车云服务平台17进一步通信连接于汽车的车载 电脑16,利用汽车云服务平台17与网络数据处理平台14的信息交互,可综合网络数据处理平台14中关于儿童安全座椅的信息及汽车云服务平台17中关于汽车的信息,向车载电脑16发送控制指令和儿童安全座椅相关信息,控制车载电脑15对汽车进行功能调节。其中,汽车云服务平台17控制车载电脑16对汽车进行功能调节,包括车窗开闭、空调启闭、天窗启闭、汽车制动、车灯闪烁、鸣笛中的一种或多种,用于调节汽车的行驶状态,综合评价驾驶习惯,提示改善不足之处,提高儿童乘坐舒适性,以及用于调节汽车内的空气质量及环境质量。
下面结合具体的实施例,对本发明一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统的具体实现方法做详细的介绍,其实现方法具体包括如下步骤:
S001:利用装载于儿童安全座椅上的状态采集模块11,实时采集儿童安全座椅上的乘客状态及车内环境状态,如温湿度信息、座椅接口的固定信息、座椅角度信息、空气质量信息、重力及压力信息、磁场及光电信息等;
S002:利用通信连接于状态采集模块11的安全座椅控制单元12,对状态采集模块11实时采集的乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,并向外发送乘客信息及车内环境信息;
S003:利用装载于儿童安全座椅上并通信连接于安全座椅控制单元11的安全控制模块13,接收安全座椅控制单元11发送的乘客信息及车内环境信息,并根据接收到的乘客信息及车内环境信息对儿童安全座椅进行功能调节,如风扇控制、加热垫控制、座椅调角器控制;
S004:提供一网络数据处理平台14,网络数据处理平台通信连接于安全座椅控制单元12,利用网络数据处理平台14接收安全座椅控制单元12发送的乘客信息及车内环境信息;
S005:用户利用无线连接于网络数据处理平台14的移动操作端15,查看数据处理平台14中的乘客信息及车内环境信息;以及
S006:将网络数据处理平台14与汽车云服务平台17交互连接,汽车云服务平台17通信连接于汽车的车载电脑16,利用汽车云服务平台17根据网络数据处理平台14中的乘客信息及车内环境信息操控车载电脑16对汽车进行功能调节,如车窗开闭,空调启动,打开天窗、车辆制动、车灯闪烁、鸣笛等功能;以及,利用汽车云服务平台17操控车载电脑16对安全座椅控制单元12发送控制指令,以控制安全座椅控制单元12操控安全 控制模块13对儿童安全座椅进行功能调节。
其中,在步骤S005中:移动操作端15进一步控制连接于安全座椅控制单元12,可利用移动操作端15操控安全座椅控制单元12控制安全控制模块13对儿童安全座椅进行功能调节,实现运程操控。

下面以儿童安全座椅isofix与靠背联动调节系统为例,介绍本发明儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统及安全监测方法在儿童安全座椅isofix与靠背联动调节中的应用,配合图3所示,图3为本发明系统在儿童安全座椅isofix与靠背联动调节中的应用,具体如下:
利用状态采集模块实时采集一关联于isofix装置的第一监控信号以及一关联于靠背的第二监控信号,并向外发送该第一监控信号和该第二监控信号,
安全座椅控制单元用于接收该关联于isofix装置的第一监控信号以及该关联于靠背的第二监控信号,按照既定规则进行分析处理,以生成操作指令。
安全座椅控制单元采用用于驱动isofix装置的isofix电机31和用于驱动调角器的调角器电机32。其中,isofix电机31信号连接于安全座椅控制单元,用于根据操作指令控制isofix装置作动;调角器电机32信号连接于安全座椅控制单元,用于根据操作指令控制调角器33转动,以带动儿童安全座椅的靠背34相对于其坐垫35而转动,实现靠背34角度调节。
其中,isofix装置包括安装支架41及设于安装支架41上的isofix接口411,安装支架41通过推杆412安装于儿童安全座椅的坐垫35的坐垫骨架上,安装支架41的两侧滑设于坐垫骨架的两侧,并在推杆412的作动下推拉安装支架41沿坐垫骨架滑移。推杆412可采用齿条联动装置或液压驱动装置。isofix接口411在使用时固定于汽车座椅的isofix对接口中。
具体操作如下:
配合图4~6所示,人为启动isofix电机,以驱动isofix装置的推杆推出,推杆将isofix装置推出任意位置,此时isofix电机启动,发出电流信号形成第一监控信号,向外输出该第一监控信号;安全座椅控制单元(ECU)接收到该第一监控信号,自动启动调角器电机,驱动调角器转动,将儿童安全座椅的靠背向后调节,当儿童安全座椅的靠背紧贴汽车座椅靠背时,调角器电机会产生堵转现象并产生堵转电流(该堵转电流远大于调角器电机的工作电流),ECU通过检测调角器电机的堵转电流可以判断儿童安全座椅的靠背调节到正确位置。
同理,配合图7~9所示,人为启动调角器电机,以驱动调角器转动,带动儿童安全座椅的靠背转动,此时调角器电机发出电流信号以形成第二监控信号,向外输出该第二监控信号;安全座椅控制单元(ECU)接收到该第二监控信号,自动启动isofix电机,调整isofix装置的推杆的伸出长度,当儿童安全座椅的靠背紧贴汽车座椅靠背时,isofix电机会产生堵转现象并产生堵转电流(该堵转电流远大于,isofix电机的工作电流),ECU通过判断isofix电机的堵转电流可知isofix装置的推杆是否达到正确的伸出长度。
另外,状态采集模块除采用上述监测电机电流信号的方式来获取第一监控信号和第二监控信号外,还可采用传感器。例如在isofix装置的推杆与安装支架之间连接一拉力传感器,以获取推杆与安装支架之间的拉力信号,作为第一监控信号;在儿童安全座椅的靠背上设置压力传感器,以监测靠背与汽车座椅靠背碰撞时所受到的压力信号,作为第二监控信号。或者在isofix装置的推杆与安装支架之间设置一位移传感器,代替拉力传感器,以获取推杆与安装支架之间的位移信号,作为第二监控信号。
在上述实施例中,儿童安全座椅与汽车座椅通过isofix装置连接,通过调节儿童安全座椅的靠背角度,使得儿童安全座椅的靠背与汽车座椅靠背紧密贴合,使得儿童安全座椅与汽车座椅形成刚性连接,在整车制动乃至碰撞时,儿童安全座椅调角器结构与汽车座椅调角器结构共同作用,起到与上拉带或者支撑腿同样抗翻转作用,两组调角器的作用力,能够使儿童得到更好的保护。
需要说明的是,本说明书所附图式所绘示的结构、比例、大小等,均仅用以配合说明书所揭示的内容,以供熟悉此技术的人士了解与阅读,并非用以限定本发明可实施的限定条件,故不具技术上的实质意义,任何结 构的修饰、比例关系的改变或大小的调整,在不影响本发明所能产生的功效及所能达成的目的下,均应仍落在本发明所揭示的技术内容得能涵盖的范围内。同时,本说明书中所引用的如“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“中间”及“一”等的用语,亦仅为便于叙述的明了,而非用以限定本发明可实施的范围,其相对关系的改变或调整,在无实质变更技术内容下,当亦视为本发明可实施的范畴。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,其特征在于,包括:
    状态采集模块,用于实时采集儿童安全座椅上的乘客状态及车内环境状态;
    安全座椅控制单元,通信连接于所述状态采集模块,用于对所述状态采集模块实时采集的所述乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,并向外发送乘客信息及车内环境信息;所述安全座椅控制单元进一步通信连接于汽车的车载电脑;
    安全控制模块,通信连接于所述安全座椅控制单元,用于接收所述安全座椅控制单元发送的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息,并根据接收到的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息对所述儿童安全座椅进行功能调节;
    网络数据处理平台,通信连接于所述安全座椅控制单元,用于接收所述安全座椅控制单元发送的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息;所述网络数据处理平台进一步与汽车云服务平台交互连接,所述汽车云服务平台通信连接于所述车载电脑,用于根据所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息控制所述车载电脑对汽车进行功能调节;以及
    移动操作端,通过网络连接于所述网络数据处理平台,用于查看所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,其特征在于,所述状态采集模块包括温度传感器、湿度传感器、空气质量传感器、isofix接口传感器、折叠传感器、重力探测传感器、压力传感器、霍尔开关传感器、光电传感器中的一种或多种。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述安全座椅控制单元包括:
    信息处理模块,连接于所述状态采集模块,用于对所述状态采集模块实时采集的所述乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,生成乘客信息及车内环境信息;
    无线通信模块,连接于所述信息处理模块,用于向外发送所述乘客信息及车内环境信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述安全座椅控制单元中还设有报警模块,所述报警模块连接于所述信息 处理模块,用于检测所述乘客信息及车内环境信息中是否存在危机信息,并在检测到危机信息时向外发送报警信息;所述报警模块进一步连接于所述无线通信模块。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述安全控制模块包括风扇、加热垫、座椅调角器中的一种或多种。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述网络数据处理平台通过网络连接于应急处理中心,所述应急处理中心用于根据所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息进行应急处理。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述移动操作端进一步控制连接于所述安全座椅控制单元,用于操控所述安全座椅控制单元控制所述安全控制模块对所述儿童安全座椅进行功能调节。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅的安全监测系统,其特征在于:所述汽车云服务平台根据所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息控制所述车载电脑对汽车进行功能调节,包括车窗开闭、空调启闭、天窗启闭、汽车制动、车灯闪烁、鸣笛中的一种或多种。
  9. 一种儿童安全座椅的安全监测方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    实时采集儿童安全座椅上的乘客状态及车内环境状态;
    对实时采集的所述乘客状态及车内环境状态进行分析和处理,并向外发送乘客信息及车内环境信息;
    根据所述乘客信息及车内环境信息对儿童安全座椅进行功能调节;
    提供一网络数据处理平台,利用所述网络数据处理平台接收所述乘客信息及车内环境信息;
    用户利用无线连接于所述网络数据处理平台的移动操作端,查看所述数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息;以及
    将所述网络数据处理平台与汽车云服务平台交互连接,所述汽车云服务平台通信连接于汽车的车载电脑,利用所述汽车云服务平台根据所述网络数据处理平台中的所述乘客信息及车内环境信息操控所述车载电脑对汽车进行功能调节;以及利用所述汽车云服务平台操控所述车载电脑对所述儿童安全座椅进行功能调节。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的儿童安全座椅的安全监测方法,其特征在于: 用户在查看所述乘客信息及车内环境信息后利用所述移动操作端对所述儿童安全座椅进行功能调节。
