Abstract

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a shoe-skate of multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks, designed to allow the skating of a person on a smooth and sliding surface, based on a shoe-skate of functional structure with interchangeable metal blades, shaped for a boot, which presents the advantages of a sports shoe, in terms of its comfort of fit and flexibility, and a very stable support for its multiple parallel and minimal height metal blades with respect to the ground.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The recreational practice of ice skating or sliding surfaces is increasingly widespread in the population thanks to synthetic material tracks, as is known. The inconvenience of being dangerous for under-trained people, among which there are frequently falls that can lead to various kinds of major bodily injuries, limits the practice of this fun sport, not only to children, but also to older people, such as own progenitors or tutors of these children, which prevents them, in many cases, from accompanying them inside the skating area.

 This is due to the complicated conditions of stability and balance that the march on the conventional blade skate requires; what causes insecure insecurity in the skater, having such a fine support, such as the edge of a single blade, rising above the ground, enough to change the balance, by changing its usual center of gravity, about 10 cm About the ground.

 There are currently accessories that try to facilitate this practice of skating for beginners. As the support scooters, or more specifically the double blade bases adaptable to the usual footwear.

However, these double blade bases that are used to skate on sliding tracks are attached to the user's footwear, fixing with straps, like the first inventions of roller skates, with the base extensible to adapt them to various numbers of footwear, which finally became obsolete in the market, when boots with their own wheels predominate; because this type of fastening bases with strap is unsafe and durable, since the coupling to the shoe by straps, according to the movements of the skater, is unadjusted; what causes an insecurity and little practicality in the skating, considering like sport accessories and not like integral footwear.

 While it is true that the physical principles of pressure and sliding make the skates of a single blade an invention of maximum use of such laws to achieve certain speeds and turns, the truth is that leisure activities practiced by amateur people demand a new footwear equipped with its own stability, suitable to achieve balance in both static and moving position, that makes skaters move along the sliding surfaces with greater naturalness and safety, allowing fun and progressive training, which are what these attractions pursue .

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention described below eliminates the aforementioned inconveniences, by providing great stability and offering its users a complete integral shoe for sliding, provided with several interchangeable metal blades with a minimum height of, for example, approximately 3 cm, in parallel series for its support on the surface.

 For this purpose, the shoe-skate of multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks is provided with a resistant synthetic sole, with sufficient thickness, and that can be obtained by injection molding provided with a first plurality of channels in the area of the plan and a second plurality of channels in the heel area, preferably in number of three and in a "T" shaped section, the plurality of channels having at least a small transverse recess.

 The said first and second plurality of channels of the plant and the heel of the sole, are open by the external part relative to the toe and heel, as well as by the internal part relative to the sole's soaking.

Moreover, in the area of the floor and the heel of the sole, provided with the first and second plurality of channels, respectively first and second preformed metal plates are fixed, with a series of guides, in number similar to the first and second plurality of channels of the plant and the heel, and also, in the form of "T ", in which they are already located whose preformed metal plates, perpendicular to the series of guides, is at least integral with a small bushing that houses a retractable bolt with a retainer, whose small bushings remain with respect to the transverse recesses of the first and second plurality of channels of the plant and the heel of the sole.

 The preformed metal plates that cover the surface relative to the plurality of channels of the plant and the heel are extended by the lateral surface of the sole, as a coating, so that the metal plate of the plant leaves the striated toe free.

 Likewise, the first and second plurality of channels of the floor and the heel are aligned with each other, and, logically, in the assembly of the first and second preformed metal plate in the shoe-skate, likewise, the guides of both are aligned between Yes, forming a single body and allowing the flexibility of the shoe-skate by the approach like any type of shoe, boot or conventional shoe.

The metal blades are presented according to two different lengths, so that those of shorter length will be arranged, independently, in the corresponding guide of the metal plates of the plant and of the heel and those of longer length will be arranged along the corresponding guides aligned of both metal plates. The end of the toe of the synthetic sole is grooved, for use as a brake and non-slip, so that when the shoe-skate is left without blades, the user can move without slipping, since the metal blades can be removed and the shoe-skate remain without them, thus being able to walk safely without damaging the unprotected pavement, outside the skating rink.

 The user can choose the arrangement of the metal blades of the shoe-skate to facilitate the progressive learning of skating, being able to preserve the flexibility of the footwear, so that the exchange of the number and arrangement of the same allows the placement of several metal blades in parallel , located in the series of guides of both metal plates.

 In this way, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention in which the sole and the preformed metal plates have three channels and three guides, random assembly of the metal blades is allowed, and thus, for example, at the beginning of In the practice of skating, two metal blades of smaller length may be arranged placed parallel to the respective lateral guides of the first preformed metal plate of the plant and two other metal blades placed, likewise, in the respective lateral guides of the second metal plate of the part of the heel aligned with those of the first plate of the plant, all of them being fixed and anchored by the corresponding retractable metal bolt.

 In another vanante of practical execution, with the advance of learning, the shoe-skate may incorporate a single metal blade of greater length, in the central guide of both preformed metal plates, in the traditional way.

 Thus, given the characteristics of the invention, this shoe allows us to make multiple variations of assembly depending on the needs and qualities of the user, as he is trained in skating technique.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION According to the exemplary embodiment shown, the shoe-skate with multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks consists essentially of a sports shoe, boot type or similar 1, provided with a resistant synthetic sole 2, injection molded , with a plurality of channels, of general section in "T", preferably, in number of three in the area of the floor 3a and in the area of the heel 3b, with a transverse recess 1 1 with respect to each of them, with the striated toe 4, so that said resistant synthetic sole 2 is fixed, in the area of the plant, a first preformed metal plate 5a and in the heel area, a second preformed metal plate 5b, provided, each of these metal plates 5a and 5b, of a series of first and second guides 6a and 6b, preferably, in number of three parallel of general section, also, in "T".

 The aforementioned preformed metal plates 5a and 5b with respect to each of the guides 6a and 6b have, in transverse direction, a bushing 12 that houses a retractable bolt 7 with the corresponding retainer.

 When assembling and fixing the pair of preformed metal plates 5a and 5b in the area of the floor and the heel of the sole 2, the series of guides are embedded in the plurality of channels and the bushes are embedded in the transverse recesses 1 1 of the same. Said assembly is carried out by simple pressure and for the fixation a glue collaborates defining a unit assembly.

Also, the shoe-skate incorporates a set of metal blades of different length, the metal blades of shorter length 8 and those of longer length 9 being interchangeable, as shown in Figures 1-14, where the shape, materials and dimensions of the invention may be variable and, in general, as accessory and secondary, provided that it does not alter, change or modify the essentiality of the object described.

 Thus, the metal blades of shorter length 8 are mounted, independently, on the corresponding guide / s of the preformed metal plates and the metal blades of longer length 9 are arranged covering the aligned guides of both preformed metal plates.

 Of particular importance is the structure of the bottom of the footwear - skates with multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks, as shown in figures 1 -4, that is, of the resistant synthetic sole 2, injection molded, with the remarkably concave, a grooved toe 4 and the plurality of "T" section channels so that both preformed metal plates are fixed, fitting the series of guides thereof into the plurality of sole channels, leaving the uncoated , to preserve the flexibility of the flexible shoe-skate with multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks and facilitating skating.

 In this way, the first guides 6a of the first preformed metal plate of the plant are aligned with the second guides 6b of the second preformed metal plate of the heel, and, when placing the metal blades of smaller length 8, in the first guides 6a they must be in the same linear plane as those placed in the second guides 6b of the second preformed metal plate of the heel, as can be seen in section AA 'of Figure 1 1. In addition, with respect to said first guides 6a and second guides 6b there are two metal retractable bolts housed and retained in the small bushes integral with them, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, as a means of fixing the metal blades of smaller length 8 and longer 9 to skate-shoes.

These metal blades of shorter length 8 and longer length 9, of "T" section, have a perforation 10, in the upper part of their vertical wing, being, in their assembly, in coincidence with the intersection of their horizontality, as It is shown in section BB 'of Figure 14, so that said metal blades of shorter length 8 and longer length 9 are introduced, tongue and groove, by one of their ends of the first and second metal guides 6a and 6b, until they are fixed to the flexible shoe-skate of multiple interchangeable ice blades and sliding tracks by the retractable metal bolts housed in the bushings, as they are introduced in the through hole 10 of said metal blades, as shown in figures 5-10.

 The invention contemplates a variable number of combinations in the placement of the metal blades of smaller length 8 and of greater length 9 at the time of fitting them in the shoe-skate of multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks, depending on the blades of smaller length 8, which fit individually on the first guides 6a and the second guides 6b, fixed by the retractable bolts 7 housed in the caps 2, preserving the flexibility of the flexible shoe-skate of multiple interchangeable ice blades and sliding tracks , as shown in figures 5, 6 and 9, while the blades of longer length 9, which link the guides of both preformed metal plates, stiffen the shoe-skate of multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks, and that they are fixed only by the corresponding retractable bolt 7 housed in the bushings 12 relative to the first preformed metal plate of the plant, as shown in figures 5, 6 and 8.

 In the same way, as shown in Figures 5-10, the invention offers different possibilities of locating the metal blades of shorter length 8 and those of longer length 9, so that they work together, placing, for example, four metal blades of shorter length 8, in each shoe-skate, two in the respective first lateral guides 6a of the first preformed metal plate 5a of the plant and two in the second lateral guides 6b of the second preformed metal plate 5b of the heel, thus having a double row of blades, preserving the flexibility of the resistant sole 2, as shown in figures 5 and 6.

 In another variant, for each shoe-skate, two parallel lines of metal blades of greater length 9 can be arranged that cross a first guide 6a and a second guide 6b aligned, stiffening the shoe-skate of multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks as shown in figures 7 and 8.

In another vane, in order to skate on a single central line it can be mounted on the first central guide 6a of the first metal plate preformed of the plant a blade of smaller length 8 and in the second central guide of the second preformed metal plate of the heel a metal blade of smaller length 8, preserving the flexibility of the sole, as shown in figure 9, or a single metal blade of greater length 9 can be arranged between said central guides of both preformed metal plates, nidifying the shoe-skate of multiple interchangeable blades for ice and sliding tracks, such as a traditional blade skate, as shown in Figure 10 .
