Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de traitement de conversion thermique anaérobie à arc de plasma permettant de convertir les déchets en biogaz; en bio-huile; en matières carbonisées; en cendres non organiques, et autres co-produits variés. Le système et le procédé supportent divers procédés, y compris ceux permettant de préparer, sans limitation, du carbone, des encres et des colorants à base de carbone, du charbon actif, des aérogels, du biocoke et du charbon de biomasse, ainsi que ceux permettant de générer de l'électricité, de produire des additifs pour le gaz naturel et/ou diverses huiles aromatiques, des phénols, et d'autres liquides, tous dépendant des matériaux d'entrée et des paramètres sélectionnés pour traiter les déchets, y compris les paramètres économiques et d'autres paramètres du marché en temps réel qui peuvent entraîner la reconfiguration automatique du système pour ajuster ses co-produits de sortie afin de refléter les variations des conditions du marché.
