Abstract
Se proporciona un sistema y un método para el procesamiento de conversión térmica anaeróbica por arco de plasma para convertir desechos en biogás; bio-aceite; materiales carbonizados; cenizas no orgánicas, y co-productos variados adicionales. El sistema y el proceso son compatibles con una variedad de procesos, que incluyen par elaborar, entre otros, carbón, tintas y tintes a base de carbono, carbón activado, aerogeles, el bio-coque y bio-carbón, además de generar electricidad, producen complementos para la producción natural gas, y/o varios aceites aromáticos, fenoles y otros líquidos, todos dependiendo de los materiales de entrada y los parámetros seleccionados para procesar los desechos, incluidos los parámetros económicos del mercado en tiempo real y otros parámetros que pueden resultar en la reconfiguración automática del sistema para ajustar sus coproductos de producción para reflejar las condiciones cambiantes del mercado. El carbonizador de arco de plasma y los gases de combustión producidos durante la carbonización se suministran a una columna calentada y controlada para refinar y recuperar los gases calientes del carbonizador en destilados.
