本发明所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,包括一个两层以上的环形建筑物,每一层环形建筑物的外径小于该层的下层环形建筑物的外径,使环形建筑物构成台阶式结构,每一层环形台阶式建筑物内均设置圈舍,圈舍外侧设置运动场,圈舍与运动场相连,每个圈舍均位于相应环形台阶式建筑层的内侧,每个运动场均位于相应的环形台阶式建筑层的外侧,圈舍及运动场均为独立的空间,圈舍及运动场的动物行走面是镂空面,镂空面下部设置粪便收集室,粪便收集室通过管道与污水处理池相通,粪便收集室内安装清粪机,环形台阶式建筑物内安装饲料输送装置和饮水装置,饲料通过饲料输送装置送入各圈舍内,饮水通过管道送入各圈舍内,环形台阶式建筑连接一个螺旋状坡道,螺旋状坡道的低端与地面相连,螺旋状坡道自低端起沿环形台阶式建筑物内侧各层逐渐升高至顶层,螺旋状坡道供动物行走进出圈舍。本发明所述的环形台阶式建筑物,通常是每一层建筑物的最大外边沿小于下一层圈舍的外边沿,使与圈舍相连的运动场上部无遮挡,运动场全部裸露,使动物在充足的阳光下运动,以增强动物体质,使动物肉品质营养全面,提高动物肉品的质量。当上一层建筑遮挡下一层的部分运动场的面积时,减少了阳光照射面积,但也能基本满足饲养动 物对光照的要求。运动场被上层建筑不遮挡或遮挡的面积大小,主要根据环形台阶式建筑物的层数、地理位置等因素确定。本发明所述运动场的周边及上部采用的防护装置,以连杆相互连接构成网格状为主要选取结构,这种结构可将运动场四周及顶面全部封闭,又能使运动场的采光达到较佳效果,并能防止有害动物的侵害。当然,运动场周边及上部的防护装置也可采用透明材料制成,例如:玻璃、透明塑料等,其上开设多个透光、透气的通槽或通孔,以达到本发明的上述设计目的。本发明设计的螺旋状的坡道是供饲养的动物转栏或出栏使用,螺旋状坡道高度与环形台阶式建筑的层高基本相当,它的低端与地面相接,高端与环形台阶式建筑物的顶层圈舍出入口高度上的平台相接,使每一层的动物都能通过与圈舍高度相连的平台步入螺旋状坡道走向地面。本发明所述的环形台阶式建筑物在容纳尽可能多的动物时,实现了能使动物的活动场地尽可能大的目的,阳光照射充足,同时还可实现了占地面积较小,饲养动物较多的目的。本发明所述环形台阶式建筑物内设置楼梯。
本发明为了节省空间,使圈舍6在相同的空间内数量更多,可在环形台阶式建筑物的每一层内均分别设置房间,环形台阶式建筑物的每一层内侧设置环形走廊1,圈舍6出入口与环形走廊1内侧相连,环形走廊1外侧与房间相连。
本发明设计的圈舍6与运动场7是可以隔开或可以连成一体的空间,圈舍6设置在环形台阶式建筑物的内侧部位,运动场7设置在环形台阶式建筑物的外侧部位,如图所示,圈舍6与运动场7位于同一轴线上,由于环形台阶式建筑物的外侧是弧状,因此,可加大运动场的面积,增加动物的活动空间,提供的方案之一是:圈舍6的外侧墙壁与运动场7之间开设圈门15。环形台阶式建筑物外侧的地面上安装饲料罐,饲料罐通过管道与饲料输送装置连接。每两个相邻运动场所之间采用围栏隔开,圈门15与圈舍进出门14位于同一轴线上,运动场周围及上部安装防护装置,每两个圈舍相接处安装喂料槽12,喂料槽12供两个圈舍内的动物使用。运动场7之间采用围栏10隔开的方案是优选方案之一,可以增加动物之间的交流,并不相互影响,同时也便于管理。运动场之间围栏10一般是连杆相互连接的网格,或者是板材、丝网等均可。
本发明提供的进一步方案是:圈舍6与运动场7之间设置隔离墙体,隔离墙体上开设采光窗17,圈舍6与运动场6间设置的墙体以保温目的为主,墙体上开设采光窗,以增加圈舍6的采用及更好的通风。
本发明提供的进一步优选方案是:圈舍6的内侧设置环形走廊1,圈舍6的内侧墙壁上开设圈舍进出门14,圈舍进出门14与环形走廊1相通,环形走廊1外侧通过平台与螺旋状坡道相连。所述环形走廊设置在每一层的圈舍6内侧,每个圈舍6的进出门14均与环形走廊1相连,环形走廊1为管理人员使用管理动物,同时便于动物在相同层面上的圈舍6内进行调整。
本发明所述的环形台阶式建筑物内侧设置环形走廊1,环形走廊1与螺旋状坡道3之间设置平台4,环形走廊1外侧设置至少一个电梯间2,电梯间2通常设置两种,一种供动物使用,另一种为管理人员使用,这种方案便于管理人员能够快速进出任一层的管理平台4,提高工作效率,平台4将环形走廊与螺旋状坡道3连接,方便动物步入螺旋状坡道3内。
本发明所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统设计了动物粪便的机械化清理结构,提供的方案是:圈舍6和运动场7镂空面的下部设置粪便收集室27,粪便收集室27内安装清粪机28,各圈舍6及运动场7下面的粪便收集室27相连通,每层的粪便收集室27均沿圆形分布。 圈舍6内的动物行走面及运动场7的动物行走面均为镂空设计,使粪便落入下层的粪便收集室27内,每层的粪便收集室27均为一体,便于安装使用智能清粪机,该机为现有技术,它能够完成粪尿的分离和清理,将污水直接送入地下污水池,或者将污水处理后循环使用。分离的固体粪便送入发酵池,制成有机肥。智能清粪机选取山东百盛畜牧机械科技有限公司生产的QFJ50型号。
本发明所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统便于实现饲料自动输送,提供的方案是:环形台阶式建筑物外部安装饲料罐和饮水池,每层环形台阶式建筑物内设置输料装置22和喂水装置23,各层的输料装置22相互连接、各层的喂水装置23相互连接,输料装置22和喂水装置23的一端进入每一个圈舍6内,输料装置22和喂水装置23的另一端分别与饲料罐和饮水罐相连。将饲料送入圈舍6的输料装置可以是管道,也可以是输送带,通过泵或机械传动装置将饲料送入圈舍内,输料装置22与安装在环形台阶式建筑物外面的饲料罐相连。输料装置22将饲料输送到每个圈舍喂料槽12内。喂水装置23将井水泵入饮水池内,添加养殖专用复合益生菌后,再通过管道输送至每个圈舍6的喂水槽内。本发明所述的输料装置22、喂水装置23均可采用自动化控制实现。
本发明还可采用在圈舍6内安装采暖装置26,圈舍6内设置喷水装置24和喷淋消毒装置25,采暖使用碳纤维发热电缆,环形台阶式建筑物的地下层或底层可安装蓄电设备,用于为碳纤维发热电缆供电,蓄电设备可与太阳能光伏发电系统9连接。所述的喷淋消毒装置由管道、泵及喷头组成,在喷液中加入消毒液,适时喷洒圈舍,达到消毒、除味的目的。所述喷水装置24是为消防设置的。
所述自动喷水灭火装置,由泵、管道、喷头组成,喷水开关与自动报警器连接,当火灾发生时,报警器自动启动,喷水开关打开,喷头自动喷淋。输水管道置入消防水池20内并固定在其内,水池设置在地下层或一层。
本发明未详述内容为公知技术。

Claims (10)

  1. 畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:包括一个两层以上的环形建筑物,每一层环形建筑物的外径小于该层的下层环形建筑物的外径,使环形建筑物构成台阶式结构,每一层环形台阶式建筑物内均设置圈舍,圈舍外侧设置运动场,圈舍与运动场相连,每个圈舍均位于相应环形台阶式建筑层的内侧,每个运动场均位于相应的环形台阶式建筑层的外侧,圈舍及运动场的动物行走面是镂空面,镂空面下部设置粪便收集室,粪便收集室通过管道与污水处理池相通,粪便收集室内安装清粪机,环形台阶式建筑内安装饲料输送装置和饮水装置,饲料通过饲料输送装置送入各圈舍内,饮水通过管道送入各圈舍内,环形台阶式建筑物连接一个螺旋状坡道,螺旋状坡道的低端与地面相连,螺旋状坡道自低端起沿环形台阶式建筑内侧各层逐渐升高至顶层,螺旋状坡道供动物行走进出圈舍。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:环形台阶式建筑物的每一层内侧设置环形走廊(1),圈舍(6)出入口与环形走廊(1)内侧相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:环形台阶式建筑物外侧的地面上安装饲料罐,饲料罐通过管道与饲料输送装置连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:每两个相邻运动场所之间采用围栏隔开,圈门(15)与圈舍进出门(14)位于同一轴线上,运动场周围及上部安装防护装置,每两个圈舍相接处安装喂料槽(12),喂料槽(12)供两个圈舍内的动物使用。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:圈舍(6)与运动场(7)之间设置隔离墙体,隔离墙体上开设采光窗(17),运动场周围及上部安装防护装置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:圈舍(6)的内侧设置环形走廊(1),圈舍(6)的内侧墙壁上开设圈舍进出门(14),圈舍进出门(14)与环形走廊(1)相通,环形走廊(1)外侧通过平台与螺旋状坡道相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:环形台阶式建筑物内侧设置环形走廊(1),环形走廊(1)与螺旋状坡道(3)之间设置平台(4,)环形走廊(1)外侧设置至少一个电梯间(2)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:圈舍(6)和运动场(7)镂空面的下部设置粪便收集室(27),粪便收集室(27)内安装清粪机(28),各圈舍(6)及运动场(7)下面的粪便收集室(27)相连通,每层的粪便收集室(27)均沿圆形分布。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:环形台阶式建筑物外部安装饲料罐和饮水池,每层环形台阶式建筑物内设置输料装置(22)和喂水装置(23),各层的输料装置(22)相互连接、各层的喂水装置(23)相互连接,输料装置(22)和喂水装置(23)的一端进入每一个圈舍(6)内,输料装置(22)和喂水装置(23)的另一端分别与饲料罐和饮水罐相连。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的畜禽多层立体养殖系统,其特征在于:圈舍(6)内安装采暖装置(26),圈舍(6)内设置喷水装置(24)和喷淋消毒装置(25)。
