Abstract

一种高模量玻璃纤维组合物及其玻璃纤维和复合材料。玻璃纤维组合物各组分的含量以重量百分比表示如下:SiO 2为53-68%,Al 2O 3为13-24.5%,Y 2O 3+La 2O 3为0.1-8%,La 2O 3为小于1.8%,CaO+MgO+SrO为10-23%,Li 2O+Na 2O+K 2O为小于2%,Fe 2O 3为小于1.5%,并且重量百分比的比值C1=Y 2O 3/(Y 2O 3+La 2O 3)的范围为大于0.5。该组合物能大幅提高玻璃的弹性模量,还能显著降低玻璃的液相线温度和成型温度,同等条件下大幅降低玻璃的析晶速率和气泡率,有效改善玻璃料性,特别适合用于池窑生产低气泡率的高模量玻璃纤维。
