Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de préparation d'un liquide de lavage à partir d'un dispositif de lavage d'une installation de traitement de matières plastiques. Le liquide de lavage est transféré d'un réservoir de lavage (2) à une unité centrifugeuse (11) par le biais d'une première section de conduit (9) allant du réservoir de lavage (2) à l'unité centrifugeuse (11), une pression de fonctionnement p0 régnant dans le réservoir de lavage (2). Lors du transfert, la pression du liquide de lavage est montée à une pression p1 qui règne dans l'unité centrifugeuse (11) et qui est supérieure à la pression de fonctionnement p0. Des impuretés sont séparées du liquide de lavage au moyen de l'unité centrifugeuse (11) et le liquide de lavage est renvoyé de l'unité centrifugeuse (11) au réservoir de lavage (2) par le biais d'une seconde section de conduit (10).
