Description
本申请要求于2014年3月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201420151279.9、发明名称为“一种电子烟及其烟油瓶”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟及其烟油瓶。
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品,其与普通的香烟有着相同的外观,以及与香烟相同的味道,但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。电子烟是通过雾化器将含有烟碱和香精的烟液雾化成颗粒输出。电子烟中不含普通香烟中的焦油和其他有害成分,也不会产生二手烟。
现有的电子烟通常包括相互连接的雾化组件及电池组件,所述雾化组件的设置有电热丝组件的一端外通过涨紧配合套设有用于存储烟油的烟油套管,所述烟油套管的远离所述雾化组件的一端为开口端,所述开口端连接有供用户吸烟的烟嘴。现有技术中采用烟油套管内装有烟液,并将雾化组件与该烟油套管固定相连接,以使得雾化组件的电热丝组件能够将烟油套管内的烟液雾化,雾化后的烟液通过所述烟嘴流入吸烟者口腔。
然而,由于烟液为液体,呈流动状态,将所述烟嘴拔出后从所述开口端加油时烟油容易溅出,弄脏电子烟和手,而且小孩容易误喝烟油套管中的烟液。此外,由于烟油套管设置在与所述烟嘴相邻的一端,导致吸烟者容易吸食到泄露的烟油,且雾化的烟油容易受到所述烟油套管内的烟油吸收热量而冷凝,而导致吸烟者容易吸食到冷凝的烟油。

从上述的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型实施例所提供的电子烟,通过在烟油瓶中设有储油介质,以将烟油瓶内的烟液锁在储油介质内,避免烟液呈可任意流动状态,进而防止用户在更换电子烟的烟油瓶或添加烟油时烟液溅出,弄脏电子烟和手,同时不容易将烟油倒出而能够防止小孩误喝烟油瓶内的烟液;此外,烟油瓶设置在电子烟本体上远离吸烟端的一端,因而可避免用户吸食到烟油及避免烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝。

本实用新型公开了一种电子烟及烟油瓶,能够避免烟液呈可任意流动状态,防止用户在更换电子烟的烟油瓶时烟液溅出,弄脏电子烟和手、防止用户吸食到烟油及更好地防止小孩误吸烟油瓶内的烟油。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本实用新型中电子烟及其烟油瓶的一个实施例包括:
电子烟本体,且所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端101,用户通过该吸烟端101即可进行吸烟。
用于容纳烟液的烟油瓶102,即在该烟油瓶102内存储有可雾化的烟液。该烟油瓶102内还装载有储油介质,该储油介质能顾存储并锁住烟液,防止烟液可任意流动。实际运用中,该烟油瓶102可以为玻璃烟油瓶、塑胶烟油瓶、金属烟油瓶或者陶瓷烟油瓶。该储油介质可以为棉、木浆纤维或者聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯中的至少一种。当然,以上只是分别对烟油瓶和储油介质的举例,并不作限制。其中,在烟油瓶102为玻璃烟油瓶的电子烟中,烟油瓶102优选还套设有保护套(图中未示出),以避免所述玻璃材质的烟油瓶102因跌落而破碎的情况。
用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件103,烟油瓶102设置有开口,且烟油瓶设有开口的一端与雾化组件103相连,通过雾化组件103可使得烟油瓶102内的
烟液雾化。
在该电子烟本体内还形成有用于流通已雾化的烟液的烟雾通道,使得用户通过吸烟端101吸食流经该烟雾通道内的烟雾。此为公知技术,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,烟油瓶102设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端101的一端。采用此种设置方式的优势在于,因烟油瓶102设置的位置远离吸烟端101,使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过该烟油瓶102,从而使得烟油瓶102内未经雾化的烟液不会泄露到烟雾通道内,进而使得用户不会吸食到未经雾化的烟液,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。而且不流经烟油瓶102的烟雾通道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝,从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟液堵塞烟雾通道。
该电子烟本体还包括用于给所述雾化组件103供电的电池杆组件104。
本实用新型实施例中,由于电子烟中的烟油瓶中设有储油介质,可将储油瓶内的烟液锁在该储油介质内,避免烟液呈可任意流动状态,进而可以避免用户在更换电子烟的储油瓶时烟液溅出,弄脏电子烟和手,同时能够防止小孩误喝烟油瓶内的烟液。
本实施例中,雾化组件103位于电池杆组件104和烟油瓶102之间,且所述吸烟端101位于所述电池杆组件104的一端外侧。这样,雾化组件103离吸烟端101的位置较远,在用户采用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时,由于雾化组件103的位置离用户口腔的位置较远,雾化组件103雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电子烟的使用安全,而且用户吸烟过程中通常会夹持电池杆组件104进行吸烟,而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化组件103进行吸烟,使得用户在使用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实香烟的温度,提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
当然,实际运用中,该吸烟端102也可以位于所述电池杆组件104的中部,或者位于所述电池杆组件104上远离所述雾化组件103的位置。在此仅为举例,并不对该吸烟端101的具体位置作限定。
优选地,该雾化组件103与所述电池杆组件104以及烟油瓶102同轴设置,
采用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实的香烟,且使整体的烟雾通道较直,可有效减少积油的现象。另外,为使得该电子烟的整体结构能更模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的使用习惯以及减少积油,位于所述电池杆组件104的一端外侧的吸烟端101可与电池杆组件104优选也同轴设置。
当然,上述各个组件之间的位置关系仅为举例,具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定。例如,依次连接的所述电池杆组件104、雾化组件103和所述烟油瓶102可交错设置,使得该电子烟整体的外形为异形,该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。或者,该雾化组件103与所述电池杆组件104还可非同轴设置,即将烟油瓶102和雾化组件103采用并列设置的方式,使得烟油瓶102和雾化组件103分别与电池杆组件104连接,使得该电子烟的整体结构呈T型。
本实施例中,雾化组件有多实现方式。下面结合图2对该电子烟的雾化组件的一种具体结构进行详细说明。请参阅图2,图2为图1所示电子烟中的雾化组件的一个实施例的结构示意图。雾化组件103包括:
用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件205;
用于将烟油瓶102内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件205进行雾化的导油机构206。
进一步地,下面结合图2对雾化组件103的具体结构作进一步详细描述。雾化组件103还包括雾化器支架201。
所述雾化器支架201顶端设置有用于与所述电池杆组件104可拆卸连接的第二螺纹段202。具体地,该第二螺纹段202为外螺纹。
固定设置在所述第二螺纹段202内部的雾化器电极203。当雾化组件103和电池杆组件104通过螺纹连接时,该雾化器电极203与电池杆组件中的电池电极(详见图5)相连接,以使得电池杆组件104能够为雾化组件103供电。
所述第二螺纹段202与所述雾化器电极203之间设置有绝缘环204。
与所述雾化器电极203电连接设置电热丝组件205,通过该电热丝组件205可雾化烟液。
用于将烟油瓶102内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件205进行雾化的导油机构206。该导油机构206设置在雾化器支架201上。具体地,该导油机构206
可包括套管2061以及设置在该套管内的导油介质2062,该导油介质2062可以是吸油棉或者导油纤维等等,在此不作限制;且该套管2061的侧壁上设置有多个输油孔(图未示)。
当雾化组件103和烟油瓶102相互连接时,雾化组件中的导油机构206插入烟油瓶102的内部,并通过其套管2061上的输油孔使得烟油瓶102内的烟液能够顺利输送至套管2061内的导油介质2062,进而输送给电热丝组件205进行雾化。当然,实际运用中该导油机构206也可以有其他实现方式,在此不作限制。
优选地,从所述导油机构206靠近烟油瓶102的一端至该导油机构206上的其他任意一处,该导油机构206的横截面积逐渐增大。例如,该导油机构206可以整体呈锥形状,或者只是在靠近烟油瓶102的一小截呈锥形状。当然,该形状仅为举例,并不作限制。由于本实用新型中电子烟的烟油瓶中装载有储油介质,这样让导油机构206能够更加方便插入烟油瓶102中储油介质中。
雾化器支架201与烟油瓶102连接的端部设置有第一螺纹段207,通过该第一螺纹段207使得烟油瓶102与雾化器支架201可拆卸地连接,以方便用户往烟油瓶102内加烟液或更换该烟油瓶102。具体地,该第一螺纹段207为内螺纹。
在图2所描述的雾化组件中,雾化组件103和所述电池杆组件104,以及雾化组件103和烟油瓶102之间均通过螺纹连接为例进行说明。那么相对应地,电池杆组件104和烟油瓶102上均设有相对应的螺纹段(图5和图3中分别具体说明)。实际运用中,雾化组件103和所述电池杆组件104,以及雾化组件103和烟油瓶102之间也可以采用其他可拆卸的连接方式,例如卡和连接。那么,雾化器支架201的连接结构不是螺纹段,而是具有弹性的卡和弹片。当然,上述仅为举例,并不作限制。甚至,雾化组件103和电池杆组件104之间也可以采用不可拆卸的连接方式,在此不作限制。
本实用新型中,烟油瓶102内设有储油介质,能够防止烟油瓶102内的烟液溅出。进一步地,为更有效的保障烟油瓶102具有良好的密封性,从而更有效的避免烟液的泄露,本实施例还可采用两种设置方式:
第一种设置方式请参见图2所示,即为使得连接到雾化组件103上的烟油
瓶102具有良好的密封性,从而使得烟油瓶102内的烟液不会出现泄漏,则所述雾化器支架201和所述烟油瓶102连接处设置有用于密封所述烟油瓶102的密封环208。
通过设置在雾化器支架201上的密封环208可有效的保障烟油瓶102的密封性。
第二种设置方式请参见图3所示,图3为本实用新型所提供的电子烟中的烟油瓶的一个实施例的剖面结构示意图。与第一种设置方式不同的是,本实施例中,该密封环不是设置在烟油瓶的开口于雾化器支架201之间,而是塞入烟油瓶102的开口内,形成带有通孔的环形密封塞301,以密封所述烟油瓶102的开口。
在所述环形密封塞301的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述烟油瓶102的可捅破薄膜302。
即雾化组件103中的导油机构206插入烟油瓶102内的储油介质303时,该导油机构206穿过环形密封塞301的通孔,并穿过该通孔内的可捅破薄膜302插入烟油瓶102内,通过该可捅破薄膜302使得已插入导油机构206的烟油瓶102仍具有良好的密封性,从而有效的防止烟液的泄露。
本实施例中,为方便雾化组件103中的导油机构206能够更容易插入烟油瓶102的内部,优选地,烟油瓶102内的储油介质设有孔,以使所述雾化组件103的导油机构206插入烟油瓶102时与所述储油介质中的孔相互契合。具体举例来说,请参阅图4,图4为本实用新型所提供的电子烟中的烟油瓶的另一个实施例的剖面结构示意图。与图3所示烟油瓶不同的是,本实施例中,由于导油机构206呈圆柱状,那么,在储油介质401中对应导油机构所在位置处设有一个圆柱状的孔402,以使导油机构插入烟油瓶102中的储油介质401时刚好插入该孔402。
本实施例中,电池杆组件有多种实现方式。下面结合图5对该电子烟的电池杆组件的一种具体结构进行详细说明。请参阅图5,图5为图1所示电子烟中的电池杆组件的一个实施例的结构示意图。电池杆组件104包括:
电池套502。
其中,图1所示的吸烟端101可由该电池套502的端部延伸一体化形成,
或,将作为吸烟端101的吸嘴与所述电池套502可拆卸连接,具体设置方式在本实施例中不作限定。这样,可拆卸连接的吸烟端101可使得用户随时更换或清洗,方便用户使用。
容置在所述电池套502内部的电池503。
设置在所述电池套502内部用于固定所述电池503的电池架504。
设置在所述电池架504一端,且分别与所述电池503和所述雾化器电极203连接的电池电极505。
与所述第二螺纹段202(如图2所示)匹配设置有用于使得所述电池杆组件104和所述雾化组件103可拆卸连接的第二匹配螺纹506。当然,本实施例中以电池杆组件104和所述雾化组件103通过第二匹配螺纹506进行螺纹连接为例进行说明,需明确的是电池杆组件104和所述雾化组件103还可通过其他方式可拆卸连接,在此不作限定。
进一步参见图5可知,所述电池杆组件104内部设置用于导通所述吸烟端101和进气口的烟雾通道501。优选地,该烟雾通道501在电池杆组件104内部密封设置,即与电池杆组件104内部的其他电子元器件隔离。
具体的,与烟雾通道501导通的进气口的设置方式有多种,以下对其中一种进行具体说明。需明确的是,以下进气口的设置方式仅为举例进行说明,并不作限定,只要设置在电子烟本体的进气口通过烟雾通道501与吸烟端101导通即可。本实施例中,该进气口设置在所述雾化组件103的外壁上,其中具体位置以及数量不作限定。请参阅图6,图6为进气口设置在雾化组件103外壁上的电子烟的剖面示意图。
如图6所示,设置在雾化组件103外壁上的进气口601通过雾化通道501与吸烟端101导通,电子烟内部的气流方向为箭头所示的方向。具体的,本实施例中,进气口601设置在雾化器支架201上。气流从进气口601进入雾化器支架201内到达电热丝组件205。雾化器电极203内设有小孔,气流从雾化器电极203内的小孔进入电池杆组件104内的雾化通道501,并通过该雾化通道501到达吸烟端101。而烟油瓶102中的烟液通过导油机构206到达电热丝组件205,经电热丝组件205雾化后随着气流一起抵达吸烟端101。
由以上可知,该气流方向不经过烟油瓶,使得经过雾化组件雾化的烟雾无需经过烟油瓶即可流向吸烟端,从而使得烟雾不会因烟油瓶的吸烟而冷凝,进而不会阻塞雾化通道,避免了现有技术中烟雾经过储油区域而使烟雾冷凝及阻塞雾化通道的情况。
优选地,电子烟本体背向吸烟端101的另一端设置有灯具模块(图未示),在用户通过吸烟端101吸烟时,该灯具模块可放出光线,该光线能够模拟烟草燃烧的效果,当然也可根据用户的需要设置不同的发光效果。进一步地,该电子烟本体设有灯具模块的一端还可以设置有容纳所述灯具模块的端盖,该端盖可为透明或不透明的壳体。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims (16)
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:电子烟本体;所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液并设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端的烟油瓶、用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;所述烟油瓶内还装载有用于存储并锁住所述烟液的储油介质,所述烟油瓶设置有开口,且所述烟油瓶设有开口的一端与所述雾化组件相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括:用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件;用于将烟油瓶内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件进行雾化的导油机构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油机构包括:套管,其中所述套管的侧壁上设置有多个输油孔;设置在所述套管内的导油介质。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件的导油机构插入所述烟油瓶内的储油介质中。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟油瓶内的储油介质设有孔,所述雾化组件的导油机构与所述储油介质中的孔相互契合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,从所述导油机构靠近烟油瓶的一端至所述导油机构上的其他任意一处,所述导油机构的横截面积逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油介质为棉、木浆纤维或者聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟油瓶的开口处设有具有通孔的密封环,所述导油机构穿过所述密封环的通孔插入所述烟油瓶内,以使所述密封环和所述导油机构将所述烟油瓶密封。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封环的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述烟油瓶的可捅破薄膜。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟油瓶为玻璃烟油瓶、或塑胶烟油瓶、或金属烟油瓶、或陶瓷烟油瓶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件位于所述电池杆组件和所述烟油瓶之间,且所述雾化组件、所述电池杆组件和所述烟油瓶同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件与所述烟油瓶可拆卸连接;或/和,所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件上设有第一螺纹段;所述烟油瓶开口端设置有与所述第一螺纹段螺纹连接的第一匹配螺纹;所述雾化组件通过所述第一螺纹段和所述烟油瓶可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件设置有第二螺纹段;所述电池杆组件靠近所述雾化组件的一端设置有与所述第二螺纹段螺纹连接的第二匹配螺纹;所述雾化组件通过所述第二螺纹段和所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括:雾化器支架;固定设置在所述第二螺纹段内部并与所述电热丝组件电连接的雾化器电极;所述第二螺纹段与所述雾化器电极之间设置有绝缘环;所述导油机构设置在所述雾化器支架上。
- 一种烟油瓶,其特征在于,包括:设置有开口的瓶体;所述瓶体内装载有用于存储并锁住烟液的储油介质。
