L'invention concerne un système de construction modulaire qui comprend le couplage ou la superposition horizontale et verticale de pièces préfabriquées en béton armé pour créer des espaces d'habitation; ce système comprenant également des liaisons (200) entre ces pièces; et lesdites pièces étant sélectionnées parmi: -des encadrements fermés (2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2') en béton armé, - des encadrements ouverts en béton armé, - des voûtes (34) en béton armé, - des caisses en béton armé; ces pièces préfabriquées en béton armé comprenant de grands préfabriqués en béton armé de génie civil.
