Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des bobines de moule (1) et/ou des moules pour le façonnage magnétique en particulier de pièces (9) à paroi mince constituées de matériaux électroconducteurs, la bobine de moule (1) comportant un corps (2) réalisé à la façon d'une spire. Selon l'invention, au moins le corps de bobine (2) électroconducteur de la bobine de moule (1) est produit au moyen de procédés additifs, en particulier au moyen de l'outillage rapide et/ou de l'outillage direct, et est enveloppé, au moins sur certaines parties, d'une structure d'appui et d'encapsulation (6). Une caractéristique importante des bobines d'outil produites de cette manière est une amélioration de la durée de vie.
