Abstract
The invention describes a method for producing tool coils (1) and/or tools for the magnetic forming in particular of thin-walled workpieces (9) made of electrically conductive materials, wherein the tool coil (1) has a coil body (2) formed in a turn-like manner. In this case, at least the current-conducting coil body (2) of the tool coil (1) is produced by means of additive methods, in particular by means of rapid tooling and/or direct tooling, and is at least sectionally covered with a supporting and embedding structure (6). An important feature of the tool coils produced in this way is an increased service life.
