Abstract
Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Werkzeugspulen (1) und/oder Werkzeugen für die Magnetumformung insbesondere dünnwandiger Werkstücke (9) aus elektrisch leitfähigen Werkstoffen, wobei die Werkzeugspule (1) einen windungsartig ausgebildeten Spulenkörper (2) aufweist. Hierbei wird zumindest der stromleitende Spulenkörper (2) der Werkzeugspule (1) mittels additiver Verfahren, insbesondere mittels des Rapid Tooling und/oder des Direct Tooling, hergestellt und mit einer Stütz- und Einbettungsstruktur (6) zumindest abschnittsweise umhüllt wird. Wichtiges Merkmal der auf diese Weise hergestellten Werkzeugspulen ist eine erhöhte Standzeit.
