L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des appareils distributeurs de matériaux d'essuyage de type papier ouaté, papier non tissé ou autres dans leur mise en œuvre en bobines. La distribution de matériaux d'essuyage peut être effectuée par format à l'aide d'un système de coupe qui est intégré dans un tambour disposé dans un module, lui-même positionné dans un carter protecteur, l'ensemble constituant l'appareil.
