Ce levier est monté articulé sur un axe (12) solidaire d'une partie fixe telle que de la partie d'extrémité (6.2) du volet tandis qu'un ressort de rappel (13) assure la liaison entre le plan arrière du volet et le dit levier (11). En d'autres termes, de par cette construction, l'axe (8) est fixe d'un côté et soumis à une capacité d'écartement par rapport au dit volet (6) à l'encontre du moyen de rappel (13). L'angulation donnée par ce déport correspond aux positions limites du galet (9) par rapport au volet (6), c'est-à-dire en débordement ou non par rapport au plan du dit volet. Un levier de commande manuelle (14) est disposé sur un côté de l'axe (8) et en particulier par rapport au bloc (10) réceptionnant la partie roue libre. Le levier (14) solidaire de l'axe (8) est assujetti à un moyen élastique de rappel (15). Le bloc (10) est agencé pour permettre le débattement angulaire du levier (14). On comprend ainsi que l'actionnement de ce levier (14) sous la poussée (P1) va provoquer l'actionnement et rotation de l'axe (8) entraînant par le galet (9) le déroulement de la bande de matériau prédécoupé. Comme représenté aux figures 6 à 9 la rotation du galet (9) n'est permise que dans un seul sens selon la flèche (F1) de part le principe de la roue libre. Cette rotation du galet (9) est autorisée de part l'effet de traction selon la flèche (F2) de la figure (8) lors du tirage de la bande de matériau. Dans l'hypothèse d'une traction faite de la bande de matériau par l'utilisateur générant un effet de basculement du dispositif de guidage (4) de la bande de matériau, l'effet retour de ce dernier ne provoque pas la remontée de la bande de matériau. En effet, le galet (9), libre que dans un seul sens de rotation par la roue libre disposée dans le bloc (10), ne peut tourner en sens arrière et il y a un effet de blocage du dit galet contre la paroi en regard arrière du couvercle. La bande de matériau est ainsi coincée et ne peut remonter. De plus, la partie levier (11) par une extrémité vient en contact avec la paroi intérieure du volet (6) en constituant un appui supplémentaire de blocage. Bien que l'axe (8) ait une certaine liberté de flexibilité en position, la remontée de la bande de matériau est rendue impossible par la double intervention roue libre et contrôle du levier (11) sur la paroi interne de la plaque. La plaque d'appui (7) est montée articulée par des ergots (7.1) sur les flasques latéraux du module (M) et présente une partie centrale sur sa face arrière en contact avec le galet (9).
