Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif électronique organique et un procédé pour fabriquer ce dispositif. Le dispositif comprend une première électrode, une seconde électrode, une ou plusieurs couches organiques qui sont formées entre la première électrode et la seconde électrode et qui comprennent une couche émettrice de lumière, une couche de dopage comprenant un composé transporteur de trous et un dopant de type p, et une couche sans dopage comprenant le composé transporteur de trous, ladite couche de dopage et ladite couche sans dopage étant formées de manière répétée entre la première électrode et la couche émettrice de lumière. L'injection de trous dans le dispositif se fait facilement, assurant ainsi un rendement lumineux accru.
