Claims (21)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 방향족 아민 유도체.화학식 1(식 중, L1은 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴렌기, 치환 또는 무치환된 플루오렌일렌기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴렌기, Ar1 및 Ar2는 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴기이며,R1은 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기이며, R2는 수소 원자, 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기, 치환 또는 무치환된 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알킬기, 치환 또는 무치환된 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 50의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 50의 아릴싸이오기, 치환 또는 무치환된 탄소수 2 내지 50의 알콕시카보닐기, 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 50의 아릴기로 치환된 아미노기, 할로젠 원자, 사이아노기, 나이트로기, 하이드록실기 또는 카복실기이다. 단, Ar1 및 Ar2는 모두 플루오렌 구조를 포함하지 않고, 또한 화학식 1로 표시되는 방향족 아민 유도체가 갖는 카바졸 구조는 1개 또는 2개이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 방향족 아민 유도체가 하기 화학식 1c로 표시되는 구조인 방향족 아민 유도체.화학식 1c(화학식 1c에서, L1, R1 및 R2는 각각 상기 화학식 1에서의 것과 동일하며, L2 및 L3는 각각 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴렌기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴렌기이며, Ar3 내지 Ar6은 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기이다. 단, Ar3 내지 Ar6은 모두 플루오렌 구조를 포함하지 않는다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 방향족 아민 유도체가 하기 화학식 1d로 표시되는 구조인 방향족 아민 유도체.화학식 1d(화학식 1d에서, L1, R1 및 R2는 각각 상기 화학식 1에서의 것과 동일하며, Ar7 및 Ar8은 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴렌기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴렌기이며, Ar9 및 Ar10은 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴기이다. 단, Ar7 내지 Ar10은 모두 플루오렌 구조를 포함하지 않는다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 방향족 아민 유도체가 하기 화학식 1e로 표시되는 구조인 방향족 아민 유도체.화학식 1e(화학식 1e에서, L1, R1 및 R2는 각각 상기 화학식 1에서의 것과 동일하며, Ar11 내지 Ar14는 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴렌기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴렌기이며, Ar15 및 Ar16은 각각 독립적으로 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴기이다. 단, Ar11 내지 Ar16은 모두 플루오렌 구조를 포함하지 않는다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 방향족 아민 유도체가 하기 화학식 1f로 표시되는 구조인 방향족 아민 유도체.화학식 1f(화학식 1f에서, L1, Ar1, R1 및 R2는 각각 상기 화학식 1에서의 것과 동일하며, L2는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴렌기, 또는 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴렌기이며, R3은 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기이며, R4는 수소 원자, 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기, 치환 또는 무치환된 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알킬기, 치환 또는 무치환된 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 50의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 50의 아릴싸이오기, 치환 또는 무치환된 탄소수 2 내지 50의 알콕시카보닐기, 치환 또는 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 50의 아릴기로 치환된 아미노기, 할로젠 원자, 사이아노기, 나이트로기, 하이드록실기 또는 카복실기이다.)
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e 및 1f에서, L1은 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴렌기, 무치환된 플루오렌일렌기, 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴렌기, Ar1 및 Ar2는 각각 독립적으로 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기, 또는 무치환된 핵 원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴기, R1은 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기, R2는 수소 원자, 무치환된 핵 탄소수 6 내지 60의 아릴기 또는 무치환된 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알킬기이며, Ar1 및 Ar2는 모두 플루오렌 구 조를 포함하지 않고, 또한 화학식 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e 또는 1f로 표시되는 방향족 아민 유도체가 갖는 카바졸 구조는 1개 또는 2개인 방향족 아민 유도체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e 및 1f에서, Ar1 내지 Ar6, Ar9 내지 Ar10 및 Ar15 내지 Ar16이 각각 치환 또는 무치환된 페닐기, 바이페닐일기, 터페닐일기, α-나프틸기, β-나프틸기 또는 페난트릴기, Ar7 내지 Ar8 및 Ar11 내지 Ar14가 각각 치환 또는 무치환된 페닐렌기, 바이페닐일렌기, 터페닐일렌기, 나프틸렌기, 또는 페난트릴렌기인 방향족 아민 유도체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1에서, R1이 치환 또는 무치환된 페닐기, 바이페닐일기, 터페닐일기, α-나프틸기, β-나프틸기 또는 페난트릴기인 방향족 아민 유도체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1에서, R2가 카바졸 골격의 3 위치 또는 6 위치에 결합한 치환 또는 무치환된 아릴기인 방향족 아민 유도체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1에서, L1이 치환 또는 무치환된 페닐렌기, 바이페닐렌기, 터페닐렌기, 나프틸렌기, 페난트릴렌기 또는 플루오렌일렌기인 방향족 아민 유도체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 방향족 아민 유도체에 포함되는 환을 형성하는 핵 탄소수가 48 내지 70인 방향족 아민 유도체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 전기발광 소자용 재료인 방향족 아민 유도체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 전기발광 소자용 정공 수송 재료 또는 정공 주입 재료인 방향족 아민 유도체.
- 음극과 양극 사이에 적어도 발광층을 포함하는 한층 또는 복수층으로 이루어지는 유기 박막층이 협지되어 있는 유기 전기발광 소자에 있어서, 상기 유기 박막층의 적어도 한층이 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방향족 아민 유 도체를 단독 또는 혼합물의 성분으로서 함유하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 유기 박막층이 정공 수송층을 갖고, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방향족 아민 유도체가 상기 정공 수송층에 함유되어 있는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 유기 박막층이 정공 주입층을 갖고, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방향족 아민 유도체가 상기 정공 주입층에 함유되어 있는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 유기 박막층이 정공 수송층 및 정공 주입층 중 적어도 하나를 갖고, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방향족 아민 유도체가 주성분으로서 정공 수송층 또는 정공 주입층에 함유되어 있는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 발광층이 스타이릴아민 및 아릴아민 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,청색계 발광하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
