Abstract
Le procédé concerne l'industrie houillère et notamment une technique de séparation et de division des matériaux en fonction de leur taille. Selon l'invention, le procédé d'enlèvement de houille pour chargement dans des mines à ciel ouvert comprend la séparation automatique de la houille en plusieurs fractions à mesure qu'elle est alimentée depuis la trémie dans le dispositif de transport mobile. La séparation s'effectue en trois fractions : refus jusqu'à 15 mm, grenettes jusqu'à 35 mm et charbon en gros morceaux. Au moment de l'arrivée de la houille depuis la trémie de réception jusqu'à la bande convoyeuse externe, elle est soumise à la fragmentation et à l'acheminement dosé. La bande convoyeuse comprend la trémie de réception dotée d'un dispositif de dosage et de broyage, une bande convoyeuse à raclettes à chaîne et plusieurs bandes convoyeuses montées perpendiculairement à la bande convoyeuse principale. Le logement pour le brin supérieur de la bande convoyeuse externe comporte plusieurs trous traversants, et jusqu'à la moitié de la longueur en suivant l'axe longitudinal de la bande convoyeuse a une largeur d'orifices destinée à une fraction du charbon appelée refus, jusqu'à 15 mm, puis dans la deuxième moitié une largeur d'orifices destinée à une fraction du charbon appelée grenettes, jusqu'à 35 mm. Le logement pour le brin inférieur de la bande convoyeuse principale extérieure est réalisé d'un seul tenant et comporte des ouvertures pour le déversement de charbon des fractions 15 et 35 mm dans les raclettes de réception des bandes convoyeuses.
