Abstract

본 발명은 의료용으로 사용되는 생리활성물질의 담지가 가능한 임플란트 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 일정 기공률과 기공크기를 가지는 제1구조체와, 상기 제1구조체의 외면을 에워싸며 상기 제1구조체보다 작은 기공률과 기공크기를 가지는 제2구조체와, 상기 제2구조체의 일면에서 함입되어 상기 제1구조체의 내부에 연장형성되며 생리활성물질이 주입되는 삽입홀과, 상기 삽입홀에 삽입되어 상기 삽입홀의 상단을 폐쇄하는 인서트를 포함하여, 생리활성물질의 방출속도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있고 외부충격에도 생리활성물질이 쉽게 떨어지거나 방출되지 않으며 보관 및 운반이 용이한 생리활성물질의 담지가 가능한 임플란트 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
