Abstract
The present invention relates to an implant capable of bioactive material loading used for medical purposes, and to a method for manufacturing same, and more particularly, to an implant capable of bioactive material loading used for medical purposes, and to a method for manufacturing same, wherein the implant comprises: a first structure having uniform porosity and pore size; a second structure enclosing the outer surface of the first structure and having a porosity and a pore size that are smaller than the porosity and pore size of the first structure; an insert hole which is recessed into a surface of the second structure and formed such that it extends in the first structure such that bioactive material can be injected therein; and an insert is inserted into the insert hole to close the top of the insert hole, wherein the discharge rate of the bioactive material can easily be controlled, and bioactive material is not easily disengaged or discharged even by external impacts, ensuring that the implant is easy to store and carry.
