Definitions
- the invention relates to a urine pad, in particular to a urine pad having a novel absorbent layer and a processing method thereof.
- diaper pads are usually made up of a mixture of fluff pulp and a polymeric water absorbing layer to form an absorbing layer, which is then laminated by a top layer and a bottom layer. After the user uses the urine pad, the water absorbing layer is swollen by a large amount of water, and the water absorbing layer is inflated to form a water absorbing mass.
- the water absorbing mass pulls the fluff pulp and the user twists during the movement, so that the water absorbing group Due to the uneven force and the different pressing and pulling forces, the absorbing pad of the diaper pad is entangled, agglomerated, broken, delaminated, broken or unevenly transported, which causes the user to In the case of the first time replacement, various discomforts may occur, and even the phenomenon that the polymer water absorbing layer expands and is squeezed and overflows, which seriously affects the user's health.
- embodiments of the present invention provide a urine pad having a novel absorbent layer and a processing method thereof, which divide the absorbent layer into a plurality of mesh structures and are fixed so that the fluff in the absorbent layer The slurry and polymer water absorbing layer are not easily deformed and broken.
- the technical solution is as follows:
- a urine pad having a novel absorbing layer comprising a top layer, an absorbing layer and a bottom layer, wherein the absorbing layer is disposed between the surface layer and the bottom layer, wherein the absorbing layer is interspersed with a plurality of sewing threads, the sewing thread It is used to divide the absorbing layer into a plurality of reticular structures and fix them.
- the sewing thread passes through the face layer, the absorbent layer, the bottom layer, and connects the face layer and the bottom layer, respectively, to form an integral body.
- the absorbing layer is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a dredging layer thereabove and a lower absorbent paper layer, and the sewing thread passes through the fluff pulp layer and connects the upper dredging layer and the lower absorbent paper layer, respectively.
- the absorbing layer is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a dredging layer thereabove and a lower absorbent paper layer, and the sewing thread passes only through the fluff pulp layer, and the fluff pulp layer is divided into a plurality of mesh structures and fixed.
- the sewing threads are connected to each other.
- the embodiment of the invention further provides a urine pad having a novel absorbing layer, which is composed of a surface layer, an absorbing layer and a bottom layer.
- the absorbing layer is disposed between the top layer and the bottom layer, and the absorbing layer is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a dredging layer thereon and a lower absorbent paper layer, wherein the fluff pulp layer is provided with a plurality of fiber freezing points, the fiber The freezing point is used to separate the fluff pulp layer of the absorbent layer into a plurality of mesh structures and to fix them.
- the embodiment of the invention provides a processing technology for a urine pad having a novel absorbing layer, which is formed by dividing the absorbing layer into a plurality of reticular structures and fixing during the processing of the absorbing layer in the processing process of the existing diaper pad. Steps, the steps specifically include:
- Step 1 The velvet sewing process is used to add the fluff pulp layer of the absorbing layer to the sewing thread, wherein the sewing thread only penetrates the fluff pulp layer and is equidistantly arranged;
- Step 2 A dredging layer is arranged on the upper part of the fluff pulp layer, and an absorbent paper layer is arranged on the lower part of the fluff pulp layer to form a complete absorbent layer.
- the embodiment of the invention further provides a processing technology for a urine pad having a novel absorption layer, which is formed by dividing the absorption layer into a plurality of network structures and fixing during the processing of the absorption layer in the processing process of the existing urine pad.
- the steps of the steps include:
- Step 1 A dredging layer is arranged on the upper part of the fluff pulp layer, and a water absorbent paper layer is arranged on the lower part of the fluff pulp layer to form a complete absorption layer;
- Step 2 Using a quilting sewing process, the fluff pulp layer of the absorbing layer is added into the sewing thread, wherein the sewing thread penetrates the fluff pulp layer and extends in the upward and downward directions, respectively, upwardly passing through the dredging layer disposed above the fluff pulp layer. And the top layer, down through the absorbent paper layer and the bottom layer below the fluff pulp layer, and the sewing threads are equidistantly arranged.
- the step may further be: using ultrasonic waves to melt the fibers in the fluff pulp layer of the absorbing layer and then solidifying, thereby forming a plurality of fiber freezing points, thereby separating the fluff pulp layer of the absorbing layer into a plurality of reticular structures and fixing.
- the urine pad with the novel absorbent layer according to the embodiment of the invention fixes the absorption layer of the urine pad by using a sewing thread or by an ultrasonic process, and at the same time makes the liquid conduction more uniform, which advantageously accelerates the distribution of the liquid and effectively avoids Due to the expansion of water absorption, the fluff pulp is pulled, and the user twists during the movement, so that the water absorption group and other parts are caused by the uneven force and the different pressing and pulling forces, which are caused by the curling, agglomeration, breaking, and delamination. Bad phenomena such as breakage or uneven liquid transfer relieve the user of the troubles caused by such problems.
- the processing method of the urine pad with the novel absorption layer according to the embodiment of the present invention is to complete the production of the single pad in the production line according to the method of the ordinary urine pad, and to make the urine pad through the sewing process such as quilting on the production line of the urine pad.
- the absorbent layer is integrally formed into a mesh structure from the top layer to the bottom layer to form a urine pad of the integral absorbent layer;
- the urine pad with the novel absorbent layer according to the embodiment of the present invention has the advantages of simple structure, economical and practical, safety, sanitation, and comfortable use, and the processing method of the embodiment of the present invention It has the characteristics of simple production process and high production efficiency.
