Abstract

1. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее:верхний лист из проницаемой для жидкости пленки, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде;тыльный лист, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу, и поверхность, обращенную к одежде;абсорбирующую сердцевину, имеющую поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом абсорбирующая сердцевина расположена между верхним листом и тыльным листом; искрепляющий слой, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом обращенная к телу поверхность скрепляющего слоя имеет волокнистую матрицу, содержащую целлюлозные волокна и термопластические волокна, при этом обращенная к одежде поверхность верхнего листа непосредственно скреплена с обращенной к телу поверхностью скрепляющего слоя в дискретных точках скрепления, свободных от адгезива.2. Claims (20)

1. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее:
верхний лист из проницаемой для жидкости пленки, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде;
тыльный лист, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу, и поверхность, обращенную к одежде;
абсорбирующую сердцевину, имеющую поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом абсорбирующая сердцевина расположена между верхним листом и тыльным листом; и
скрепляющий слой, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом обращенная к телу поверхность скрепляющего слоя имеет волокнистую матрицу, содержащую целлюлозные волокна и термопластические волокна, при этом обращенная к одежде поверхность верхнего листа непосредственно скреплена с обращенной к телу поверхностью скрепляющего слоя в дискретных точках скрепления, свободных от адгезива.
2. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что отношение удельного веса на единицу площади целлюлозных волокон к удельному весу на единицу площади термопластических волокон больше, чем примерно 1:1.
3. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что скрепляющий слой является частью абсорбирующей сердцевины.
4. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что термопластические волокна являются двухкомпонентными волокнами.
5. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.4, отличающееся тем, что двухкомпонентные волокна являются волокнами от примерно 2 до примерно 10 децитекс.
6. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что верхний лист и скрепляющий слой скреплены друг с другом способом скрепления сплавлением.
7. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что является гигиенической прокладкой или прокладкой на каждый день.
8. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее:
верхний лист из проницаемой для жидкости пленки, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу, и поверхность, обращенную к одежде;
тыльный лист, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу, и поверхность, обращенную к одежде;
абсорбирующую сердцевину, имеющую поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом абсорбирующая сердцевина расположена между верхним листом и тыльным листом; и
скрепляющий слой, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом обращенная к телу поверхность скрепляющего слоя имеет волокнистую матрицу, содержащую целлюлозные волокна и термопластические волокна, а обращенная к одежде поверхность скрепляющего слоя является отличной от обращенной к телу поверхности скрепляющего слоя, при этом обращенная к одежде поверхность верхнего листа непосредственно скреплена с обращенной к телу поверхностью скрепляющего слоя в дискретных точках скрепления.
9. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.8, отличающееся тем, что отношение удельного веса на единицу площади целлюлозных волокон к удельному весу на единицу площади термопластических волокон больше, чем примерно 1:1.
10. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.8, отличающееся тем, что обращенная к одежде поверхность скрепляющего слоя содержит полотно-носитель.
11. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.8, отличающееся тем, что термопластические волокна являются двухкомпонентными волокнами.
12. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.8, отличающееся тем, что точки скрепления свободны от адгезива.
13. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.8, отличающееся тем, что верхний лист и скрепляющий слой скреплены друг с другом способом скрепления сплавлением.
14. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее:
верхний лист из проницаемой для жидкости пленки, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом верхний лист содержит множество дискретных выступающих элементов, протяженных только от первой поверхности исходного полотна, и макроотверстия;
тыльный лист, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу, и поверхность, обращенную к одежде;
абсорбирующую сердцевину, имеющую поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом абсорбирующая сердцевина расположена между верхним листом и тыльным листом; и
скрепляющий слой, имеющий поверхность, обращенную к телу и поверхность, обращенную к одежде, при этом обращенная к телу поверхность скрепляющего слоя имеет волокнистую матрицу, содержащую целлюлозные волокна и термопластические волокна, при этом обращенная к одежде поверхность верхнего листа непосредственно среплена с обращенной к телу поверхностью скрепляющего слоя в дискретных точках скрепления, свободных от адгезива.
15. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.14, отличающееся тем, что отношение удельного веса на единицу площади целлюлозных волокон к удельному весу на единицу площади термопластических волокон больше, чем примерно 1:1.
16. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.15, отличающееся тем, что отношение удельного веса на единицу площади целлюлозных волокон к удельному весу на единицу площади термопластических волокон составляет от примерно 1:1 до примерно 4:1.
17. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.14, отличающееся тем, что термопластические волокна являются двухкомпонентными волокнами.
18. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.17, отличающееся тем, что двухкомпонентные волокна являются волокнами от примерно 2 до примерно 10 децитекс.
19. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.14, отличающееся тем, что верхний лист и скрепляющий слой скреплены друг с другом способом скрепления сплавлением.
20. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.14, отличающееся тем, что обращенная к одежде поверхность скрепляющего слоя содержит полотно-носитель.
