Definitions
- the present invention relates to a diaper, and in particular to a diaper having a novel absorbent layer and a method of processing the same.
- diapers are usually made up of a mixture of fluff pulp and a polymeric water absorbing layer to form an absorbent layer, which is then laminated by a top layer and a bottom layer, and a matching waist patch. After the user uses the diaper, the water absorbing layer is swollen by a large amount of water absorbing layer, and the water absorbing layer is swollen to form a water absorbing mass.
- the absorbing mass is pulled by the water absorbing mass, and the user twists during the movement to make the water absorbing group Due to the uneven force and the different squeezing and pulling forces, the other faculties have the phenomenon that the diaper absorption layer is rolled, agglomerated, broken, delaminated, broken or the liquid is not uniformly transported. In the absence of the first time replacement, various discomforts may occur, and even the phenomenon that the polymer water absorbing layer expands and is squeezed and overflows, which seriously affects the user's health.
- embodiments of the present invention provide a diaper having a novel absorbent layer and a processing method thereof, which separate the absorbing layer into a plurality of mesh structures and are fixed so that the fluff pulp in the absorbing layer And the polymer water absorbing layer is not easily deformed and broken.
- the technical solution is as follows:
- a diaper having a novel absorbing layer comprising a top layer, an absorbing layer, a bottom layer and a waist patch, the absorbing layer being disposed between the top layer and the bottom layer, wherein the waist patch is disposed on both sides of the top layer, the absorbing A plurality of sewing threads are interposed in the layer, and the sewing threads are used to divide the absorbing layer into a plurality of mesh structures and fix them.
- the sewing thread passes through the face layer, the absorbent layer, the bottom layer, and connects the face layer and the bottom layer, respectively, to form an integral body.
- the absorbing layer is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a dredging layer thereabove and a lower absorbent paper layer, and the sewing thread passes through the fluff pulp layer and connects the upper dredging layer and the lower absorbent paper layer, respectively.
- the absorbing layer is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a dredging layer thereabove and a lower absorbent paper layer, and the sewing thread passes only through the fluff pulp layer, and the fluff pulp layer is divided into a plurality of mesh structures and fixed.
- the embodiment of the invention further provides a diaper having a novel absorbent layer, which is composed of a top layer, an absorbing layer, a bottom layer and a waist patch, the absorbing layer is disposed between the surface layer and the bottom layer, and the waist layer is disposed on the surface layer
- the absorbing layer is composed of a fluff pulp layer and a dredging layer above it and a lower absorbent paper layer, wherein a plurality of fiber freezing points are arranged in the fluff pulp layer, and the fiber freezing point is used for the fluff of the absorbing layer
- the pulp layer is divided into a plurality of mesh structures and fixed.
- the embodiment of the invention provides a processing technology for a diaper having a novel absorbing layer, which is a step of dividing the absorbing layer into a plurality of reticular structures and fixing them during the processing of the absorbing layer in the processing process of the existing diaper.
- the steps specifically include:
- Step 1 The velvet sewing process is used to add the fluff pulp layer of the absorbing layer to the sewing thread, wherein the sewing thread only penetrates the fluff pulp layer and is equidistantly arranged;
- Step 2 A dredging layer is arranged on the upper part of the fluff pulp layer, and an absorbent paper layer is arranged on the lower part of the fluff pulp layer to form a complete absorbent layer.
- the embodiment of the invention further provides a processing method for a diaper having a novel absorbing layer, which is a step of dividing the absorbing layer into a plurality of reticular structures and fixing during the processing of the absorbing layer in the processing process of the existing diaper. , the steps specifically include:
- Step 1 A dredging layer is arranged on the upper part of the fluff pulp layer, and a water absorbent paper layer is arranged on the lower part of the fluff pulp layer to form a complete absorption layer;
- Step 2 Using a quilting sewing process, the fluff pulp layer of the absorbing layer is added into the sewing thread, wherein the sewing thread penetrates the fluff pulp layer and extends in the upward and downward directions, respectively, upwardly passing through the dredging layer disposed above the fluff pulp layer. And the top layer, down through the absorbent paper layer and the bottom layer below the fluff pulp layer, and the sewing threads are equidistantly arranged.
- the step may further be: using ultrasonic waves to melt the fibers in the fluff pulp layer of the absorbing layer and then solidifying, thereby forming a plurality of fiber freezing points, thereby separating the fluff pulp layer of the absorbing layer into a plurality of reticular structures and fixing.
- a diaper having a novel absorbent layer which uses a sewing thread or an ultrasonic process to fix the absorbing layer of the diaper, and at the same time makes the liquid conduction more uniform, which advantageously accelerates the distribution of the liquid and effectively avoids Due to the expansion of water absorption, the fluff pulp is pulled, and the user is distorted during the movement, so that the water absorbing group and other parts are caused by the uneven force and the difference in the squeezing and pulling force, which is caused by the winding, agglomeration, breakage, Defects such as delamination, breakage, or uneven liquid transport, relieve the user of the troubles caused by such problems.
- the method for processing a diaper having a novel absorbent layer according to an embodiment of the present invention is to complete the production of the diaper on the production line according to the method of the ordinary diaper, and the absorbing layer of the diaper is obtained by a sewing process such as quilting on the diaper production line.
- the diaper of the embodiment of the present invention has a novel absorbent layer, and has the advantages of simple structure, economical and practical, safety, sanitation, and comfortable use.
- the processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention has production. The process is simple and the production efficiency is high.
