有针管, 其特征在于: 所述芯杆端部设有安全回拉锁柱体, 安全回拉 锁柱体的外壁处自上而下依次设有上限位锁紧环和下限位锁紧环,筒 体端部的筒颈内自上而下依次设有上安全回拉针头座和下安全回拉 底座, 上安全回拉针头座和下安全回拉底座均呈环状, 安全回拉锁柱 体可贯穿于上安全回拉针头座和下安全回拉底座中心位。 上述对比文件中公开了几种比较典型的针座回拉式安全注射器 和安全自毁注射器,其基本原理是利用设置在芯杆端部的回拉部件与 注射器内针座局部咬合后,利用芯杆的回拉力将针头部整体拉回至注 射器筒体内腔, 实现安全或安全自毁效果。 芯杆端部的回拉部件一般采用两种形式, 其一, 为金属倒钩, 利 用金属件的弹性特性, 实现倒钩体与内针座的局部锁定, 其二, 为柱 体回拉件,一般在柱体外表面设有凸出的咬合锁定结构, 与内针座内 部结构相配合, 实现与内针座的局部锁定。 现有的此类内针座回拉式安全或安全自毁式注射器的原始设计 是采用单体内针座结构,但在实际测试中发现, 当内针座与筒体筒颈 部达到卡合标准时, 内针座回抽时所需的回拉力较大, 导致注射器无 法实现安全操作, 而当内针座所需的回拉力达到理想值时, 内针座与 筒体筒颈部的卡合效果和密封效果又不甚理想,由于现有单体内针座 自身结构上存在的缺陷和材质本身的特性,始终无法达到卡合力和回 拉力之间的平衡点。 基于上述原因,研发出一种分体式双针座回拉式安全或安全自毁
式注射器,其设计时一般采用上下双针座结构, 上针座实现与注射器 筒体筒颈部的卡合功能, 下针座实现与回拉部件之间的咬合功能, 上 针座和下针座之间利用咬合部进行连接。 分体式内针座在实际生产和使用中存在诸多问题, 其一, 上下针 座的模具成本较高, 开模工艺比较复杂, 往往无法一次脱模成型, 需 要进行二次脱模, 其二, 上下分体式针座在装配工序时, 容易出现装 配误差, 导致产品报废, 同时, 增加了装配难度, 其三, 上下分体式 针座在实际使用中, 容易出现操作失灵,注射器的工作状态稳定性较 差。 综上所述,仍然需要对现有针座回拉式安全或安全自毁式注射器 的结构进行进一步改进, 研发出一种能够同时满足卡合力和回拉力, 并具有密封效果的单体内针座结构。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座结 构, 其采用单体式内针座结构, 内针座部形成具有弹性伸縮功能的缓 冲区, 克服了材质本身特性带来的缺陷, 在实施使用中, 弹性缓冲区 能确保内针座与筒颈之间的咬合力和密封性,并在内针座回抽时减少 内针座回拉时所需的拉力,使得本身矛盾的两个关键要素达到一个最 佳平衡点, 此一体式内针座可一次脱模成型, 工作状态稳定, 克服了 现有技术中存在的缺点和不足。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是: 一种用于安全自毁式 注射器的内针座结构, 它包括内针座本体, 内针座本体下端开设有回
拉锁定腔, 其特征在于: 所述内针座本体处设有针管基座, 和与针管 基座成一体结构的弹性密封限位基座构成, 两者成一体式单体结构, 针管基座与弹性密封限位基座之间形成环状台阶或环状坡面,弹性密 封限位基座表面开设有环状缓冲间隙,环状缓冲间隙外侧的弹性密封 限位基座外壁处形成环状密封限位卡合部。
一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座结构, 它包括内针座本体, 内针座本体下端开设有回拉锁定腔,其特征在于: 所述内针座本体处 设有针管基座, 和与针管基座成分体结构的弹性密封限位基座构成, 两者成分体式装配结构,针管基座与弹性密封限位基座之间形成环状 台阶或环状坡面, 弹性密封限位基座表面开设有环状缓冲间隙, 环状 缓冲间隙外侧的弹性密封限位基座外壁处形成环状密封限位卡合部。
本发明公开了一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座结构,单体式 内针座内设置了环状缓冲间隙, 克服了材质本身特性带来的缺陷, 弹 性缓冲区能确保内针座与筒颈之间的咬合力和密封性,并在内针座回 抽时减少内针座回拉时所需的拉力,使得本身矛盾的两个关键要素达 到一个最佳平衡点, 内针座可一次注塑成型, 有效减低了制造成本, 简化了制造工序, 与配合 "0"形密封橡圈能确保内针座与注射器筒 颈部的完全密封效果, 成品注射器在实际使用中操作简便, 工作 状态稳定, 具有很好的实用性, 相比现有技术而言, 具有突出的 实质性特点和显著进步。

下面参照附图, 对本发明进一步进行描述。
本发明为一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座结构,如图 1中所 示, 为本发明第一实施例结构示意图, 它主要包括内针座本体 1, 内 针座本体 1下端开设有回拉锁定腔 2, 其区别于现有技术在于: 所述 内针座本体 1处设有针管基座 3, 和与针管基座 3成一体结构的弹性 密封限位基座 4构成, 两者成一体式单体结构, 针管基座 3端部设有 针管 9, 针管基座 3与弹性密封限位基座 4之间形成环状台阶 7或环 状坡面, 所述环状台阶 7或环状坡面处套接有 "O"形密封橡圈 10, 弹性密封限位基座 4表面开设有环状缓冲间隙 5, 即环形槽或近似结 构,环状缓冲间隙 5外侧的弹性密封限位基座 4外壁处形成环状密封 限位卡合部 6, 即环状密封限位凸筋或近似结构。
在本发明第二实施例中, 如图 2中所示, 公开了另一种结构的内 针座结构,环状缓冲间隙 5和环状密封限位卡合部 6的位置向上提升,
此结构一般适用于小规格的注射器。
在本发明第三实施例中, 它主要包括内针座本体 1, 内针座本体 1下端开设有回拉锁定腔 2, 其区别于现有技术在于: 所述内针座本 体 1处设有针管基座 3, 和与针管基座 3成分体结构的弹性密封限位 基座 4构成, 两者成分体式装配结构, 针管基座 3与弹性密封限位基 座 4之间形成环状台阶 7或环状坡面,所述环状台阶 7或环状坡面处 套接有 "O"形密封橡圈 10, 弹性密封限位基座 4表面开设有环状缓 冲间隙 5, 环状缓冲间隙 5外侧的弹性密封限位基座 4外壁处形成环 状密封限位卡合部 6。
在具体实施时, 所述环状缓冲间隙 5 槽口至槽底的高度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙 5的宽度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间 隙 5 外侧槽壁与环状密封限位卡合部 6 表面弧面弧顶的距离为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙 5外侧槽壁槽口处与环状密封限位卡合 部 6外壁之间的距离为 0.1mm-20mm,环状缓冲间隙 5外侧槽壁槽底 处与环状密封限位卡合部 6外壁之间的距离为 0.1mm-20mm。
在具体实施时, 环状密封限位卡合部 6的表面成弧面状,其弧顶 至弧面上边缘的距离小于弧顶至弧面下边缘的距离。
在具体实施时, 所述密封限位凸筋 6下部的弹性密封限位基座 4 外壁处形成环状凹陷 8, 所述环状凹陷 8与上述环状缓冲间隙 5的槽 底位于同一水平面或高于环状缓冲间隙 5的槽底。
在具体实施时,所述弹性密封限位基座 4上表面开设有环状缓冲 间隙 5。
在具体实施时,所述弹性密封限位基座 4下表面开设有环状缓冲 间隙 5。
在具体实施时, 所述针管基座 3成柱体状, 弹性密封限位基座 4 设置于针管基座 3底部处,两者形成一体式单体结构或分体式装配结 构。
在具体实施时, 所述针管基座 3成柱体状, 弹性密封限位基座 4 设置于针管基座 3柱体中段处,两者形成一体式单体结构或分体式装 配结构。
在具体实施时, 所述针管基座 3成柱体状, 弹性密封限位基座 4 设置于针管基座 3顶部处,两者形成一体式单体结构或分体式装配结 构。
在具体实施时,所述弹性密封限位基座 4外壁的环状密封限位卡 合部 6处形成若干缺口或切断线。
如图 3中所示, 为本发明第一实施例所述内针座的装配图, 内针 座本体 1被从后部组装入注射器筒体内腔,其缓冲区即环状缓冲间隙 5和环状密封限位卡合部 6被设置于内针座靠近下端处, 环状密封限 位卡合部 6的外直径小于筒体筒颈内直径,但由于设置了环状缓冲间 隙 5, 故环状密封限位卡合部 6在受到筒颈内壁的压力时, 会向中心 位受压产生细微的变形, 而故环状密封限位卡合部 6 的外表面成弧 面, 故具有导向效果, 使得内针座组装入筒颈内时十分顺滑, 筒颈内 设置有与环状密封限位卡合部 6相配合的环状密封限位凹陷 11, 当 环状密封限位卡合部 6被位移至此处时,环状密封限位卡合部 6刚好
滑入环状密封限位凹陷 11 内, 此时, 作用于环状密封限位卡合部 6 的压力消失或部分消失, 环状密封限位卡合部 6进行复位变形, 与环 状密封限位凹陷 Π卡合, 环状密封限位卡合部 6外壁紧贴环状密封 限位凹陷 11 内壁, 实现内针座与筒颈处的限位密封效果, 如图中所 示, 筒体 13内设有芯杆 12, 芯杆 12的端部套接有胶塞 14, 芯杆 12 的端部组装有金属倒钩体 15。
如图 4中所示, 注射器开始使用, 向前推动芯杆, 芯杆端部的金 属倒钩体向前发生位移, 金属倒钩体的端部形成一弯曲的迂回部,迂 回部的宽度略小于或等于回拉锁定腔 2的内腔直径,故倒钩体的端部 很容易进入回拉锁定腔 2内,而, 金属倒钩体的后部宽度虽大于回拉 锁定腔 2的内直径, 但由于端部的迂回部具有弹性特征, 故金属倒钩 的顶端弯曲迂回部两侧弹性臂很容易受压向内侧偏转, 此时,迂回部 的内夹角变小, 如此, 金属倒钩体便可完全插入回拉锁定腔内。
如图 5中所示, 金属倒钩体进入回拉锁定腔内后, 因为金属件具 有弹性特征,而金属倒钩体顶端迂回部内夹角变小后会向外侧施加反 向作用力,此反向作用力通过金属倒钩两侧弹性臂传到至回拉锁定腔 内壁处, 此时, 向后拉动芯杆, 由于, 金属倒钩体的一弹性臂的端部 悬空, 而另一弹性臂的端部形成反向的折角, 导致金属倒钩并非完全 垂直插入回拉锁定腔内, 插入时会产生略微的偏斜, 故弹性臂的悬空 端与回拉锁定腔内壁的夹角会略大, 拉动芯杆时, 金属倒钩体被反向 拉动, 弹性臂的悬空端很容易插入回拉锁定腔内壁, 此时, 芯杆端部 依靠金属倒钩体将内针座牢牢锁定,顺势拉动芯杆,将内针座从筒体
的筒颈内带出,由于环状密封限位卡合部 6外部下边缘的弧面弧度较 缓, 故向中心受压变形后很容易从环状密封限位凹陷内脱出, 继续向 后拉动芯杆, 直至整个针头部完全拉入筒体内腔, 由于弹性臂下端部 形成的反向折角会使针头部向一侧偏转, 导致针管完全偏离筒颈,针 头部无法再次从新装配到筒颈内, 此时, 再向前推动芯杆, 将针管端 部顶弯, 如此变完成了注射器的整个安全自毁操作。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详 细说明, 不能认定本发明具体实施只局限于上述这些说明。对于本发 明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提 下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护 范围。
Claims
1.一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座结构, 它包括内针座本体 (1), 内针座本体 (1) 下端开设有回拉锁定腔 (2), 其特征在于: 所述内针座本体(1)处设有针管基座(3), 和与针管基座(3)成一 体结构的弹性密封限位基座 (4) 构成, 两者成一体式单体结构, 针 管基座 (3) 与弹性密封限位基座 (4) 之间形成环状台阶 (7) 或环 状坡面, 弹性密封限位基座 (4) 表面开设有环状缓冲间隙 (5), 环 状缓冲间隙(5)外侧的弹性密封限位基座(4)外壁处形成环状密封 限位卡合部 (6)。
2.—种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座结构, 它包括内针座本体 (1), 内针座本体 (1) 下端开设有回拉锁定腔 (2), 其特征在于: 所述内针座本体(1)处设有针管基座(3), 和与针管基座(3)成分 体结构的弹性密封限位基座 (4) 构成, 两者成分体式装配结构, 针 管基座 (3) 与弹性密封限位基座 (4) 之间形成环状台阶 (7) 或环 状坡面, 弹性密封限位基座 (4) 表面开设有环状缓冲间隙 (5), 环 状缓冲间隙(5)外侧的弹性密封限位基座(4)外壁处形成环状密封 限位卡合部 (6)。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座结 构, 其特征在于: 所述环状缓冲间隙 (5) 槽口至槽底的高度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙(5)的宽度为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲 间隙(5)外侧槽壁与环状密封限位卡合部(6)表面弧面弧顶的距离 为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙 (5) 外侧槽壁槽口处与环状密封限 位卡合部 (6) 外壁之间的距离为 0.1mm-20mm, 环状缓冲间隙 (5 ) 外侧槽壁槽底处与环状密封限位卡合部 (6 ) 外壁之间的距离为 0.1mm-20mm。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 环状密封限位卡合部 (6) 的表面成弧面状。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述密封限位凸筋 (6) 表面成弧面状, 其弧顶 至弧面上边缘的距离小于弧顶至弧面下边缘的距离。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述密封限位凸筋 (6) 下部的弹性密封限位基 座 (4) 外壁处形成环状凹陷 (8)。
7.根据权利要求 6 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述环状凹陷(8)与环状缓冲间隙(5 ) 的槽底 位于同一水平面或高于环状缓冲间隙 (5 ) 的槽底。
8.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述环状台阶 (7) 处套接有 "0"形密封橡圈
( 10)。
9.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述弹性密封限位基座 (4 ) 上表面开设有环状 缓冲间隙 (5)。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述弹性密封限位基座 (4 ) 下表面开设有环状 缓冲间隙 (5)。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述针管基座 (3 ) 成柱体状, 弹性密封限位基 座(4)设置于针管基座(3 )底部处, 两者形成一体式单体结构或分 体式装配结构。
12.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述针管基座 (3 ) 成柱体状, 弹性密封限位基 座(4)设置于针管基座(3 )柱体中段处, 两者形成一体式单体结构 或分体式装配结构.
13.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述针管基座 (3 ) 成柱体状, 弹性密封限位基 座(4)设置于针管基座(3 )顶部处, 两者形成一体式单体结构或分 体式装配结构。
14.根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的内针座 结构, 其特征在于: 所述弹性密封限位基座 (4) 外壁的环状密封限 位卡合部 (6) 处形成若干缺口或切断线。
