Claims
1. 一种用于安全自毁式注射器的针座结构, 它包括针座本体, 其特征在于: 所 述针座本体下端与外套式回拉锁定组件 (5) 连接, 所述针座本体上端装配有针 管 (1), 针座本体的靠近中部形成弹性密封限位部 (2), 弹性密封限位部 (2) 表面开设有环状缓冲间隙 (3), 环状缓冲间隙 (3) 外侧的弹性密封限位部 (2) 外壁形成环状密封限位卡合部 (4)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的针座结构, 其特征在于 - 所述环状缓冲间隙 (3) 为环形槽结构, 其槽口至槽底的高度为 0.05mm-35mm, 环状缓冲间隙 (3) 的宽度为 0.05mm-30mm, 环状缓冲间隙 (3) 外侧槽壁与环 状密封限位卡合部(4)表面弧面弧顶的距离为 0.1mm-20mm,环状缓冲间隙(3) 外侧槽壁槽口处与环状密封限位卡合部 (4) 外壁之间的距离为 0.1mm-20mra, 环状缓冲间隙(3)外恻槽壁槽底处与环状密封限位卡合部(4)外壁之间的距离 为 O.lmm-20mm, 环状密封限位卡合部 (4) 的表 [¾'成弧面状, 环状密封限位卡 合部 (4) 表面弧顶至弧面上边缘的距离小于弧顶至弧面下边缘的距离, 所述环 状密封限位卡合部 (4) 下部的弹性密封限位部 (2) 外壁处形成环状凹陷 (6)。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述环状凹陷 (6)与环状缓冲间隙(3)的槽底位于同一水平面或高于环状缓冲 间隙 (3) 的槽底。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述针座本体下端外壁处形成至少一环形限位凸筋(7),外套式回拉锁定组件 (5) 上端内腔的内壁处设有与环形限位凸筋 (7) 相配合的环形限位槽 (8)。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的针座结构, 其特征在于 - 所述外套式回拉锬定组件 (5) 内腔中空, 其内腔内壁靠近下端幵口处形成环状 卡合锁定部 (9)。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种用于安全自毀式注射器的针座结构, 其特征在于- 所述环状卡合锁定部(9)的上部形成环形凹槽(10),环形凹槽(10)内恻壁(11) 的厚度为 0.01mm-3nim, 环形凹槽 (10) 内侧壁与环形凹槽 (10) 外侧壁 (12) 之间形成 2 度至 90 度夹角, 环形凹槽 U0) 内侧壁上端处形成的内直径为 lmm-80mm。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的一种用于安全自毁式注射器的针座结构, 其特征在于: 所述环形凹槽 (10 ) 的槽口宽度大于槽低宽度。
