Abstract

본 발명은 오르니틴으로부터 아르기닌으로의 생합성 경로를 차단하고, 세포 내 글루타메이트의 양을 증가시키며, 글루타메이트로부터 오르니틴을 생산하는 생합성 경로의 활성을 강화시킴으로써, 오르니틴 생산능이 향상된 미생물 및 상기 미생물을 이용하여 오르니틴을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
