В 01 J 1/20, 1980). It is known and closest to the proposed device for repairing the lining of apparatuses, consisting of a support (bearing frame) and symmetrically arranged around the circumference of the support, parallel to its axis, screws, at the ends of which there are nuts, interconnected by a lever pivotally connected to them, which consists of three links pivotally interconnected (SU 728897, class B 01 J 1/20, 1980).
The operation of the known device is as follows. Before lowering the device into the apparatus, the lining shell is wrapped around the supporting frame and fixed with clamps. The invention is illustrated by the attached figures 1-5, which schematically depict a specific embodiment of the proposed design of a device for repairing the lining of devices. Figure 1 shows a device for repairing the lining of devices in a compressed form, figure 2 shows a section of the apparatus and a rolled lining shell, inside which is a device for repairing the lining of devices in a compressed form, in Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section along line AA apparatus, rolled lining shell, and a device for repairing the lining of apparatuses in a compressed form, shown in figure 2, figure 4 - section of the apparatus and lining shell pressed to the body of the apparatus of the proposed device, figure 5 is a longitudinal section along line B -In the apparatus that of the lining shell and the proposed device shown in figure 4. The drawings show a variant of the device for repairing the lining of devices with a helical telescopic rod, equipped with an electric drive. The implementation of the invention
10. In accordance with FIG. 1-3, the device for repairing the lining of apparatuses includes a support 1, on which a central telescopic screw rod 2 is installed. A suspension 3 is mounted on the rod 2 with an eye 4. The suspension and support are interconnected by a system of levers 5 symmetrically located relative to an axis passing through the center of the support . Each of the levers consists of three links pivotally connected to each other, and the extreme links are pivotally connected to the suspension and support, and the central links are equipped with persistent rollers 6 that can rotate around its axis. An electric motor 7 is fixed in the lower part of the rod 2. The device is placed inside a column apparatus 8 with a rolled lining shell 9 mounted on a supporting structure 10.
The proposed device operates as follows. The lining casing 9 is pre-rolled and fixed in this state using any known means (for example, clamps). Then the shell 9 is lowered into the column apparatus 8, mounted on the supporting structure 10 and the clips are removed. Then, inside the columnar apparatus 8, to a predetermined height, a device for repairing the lining of the apparatus is compressed in a compressed form using a cable fixed by known means over the apparatus, with a hook threaded through an eye 4 (not shown in FIG. 1). The inclusion of an electric motor 7 rotates the screw of the telescopic rod 2, which forces the telescopic rod 2 to fold. As a result of this, the support 1 approaches the suspension 3, pushing the central links of the levers 5 with the stop rollers 6. Having reached the rolled shell 9, the rollers 6 unfold it, while the tangential component of the reaction that occurs when the shell 9 is unfolded is extinguished by axial rotation of the rollers 6. When the shell 9 is in contact with the casing of the column apparatus 8, the rollers 6 create a force uniform around the perimeter of the apparatus, tightly pressing the lining shell 9 to the casing of the column apparatus 8. After that, the necessary welding work is carried out, the end of which the device for repairing the lining of the apparatus by rotating the electric motor 7 in the opposite direction is brought to its original compressed position and is removed from the column apparatus. Thus, due to the proposed design of the device, the quality of the repair work is significantly improved by ensuring that the lining shell is pressed uniformly around the perimeter of the apparatus body, which avoids large gaps between the liner and the apparatus body and further eliminates the occurrence of mechanical damage to the lining during operation of the apparatus during exposure to pressure of the working environment. The presence of rotating rollers avoids the deformation of the levers when the shell is deployed, as well as eliminating the risk of damage to the lining shell during deployment.
