Abstract

【課題】 この発明は、表面側のフィンガー電極と相対する裏面側にはフィンガー電極が存在するようにして、太陽電池のクラックの発生を抑制させることができる太陽電池モジュールを提供する。 【解決手段】 配線材によって互いに接続された複数の太陽電池を備える太陽電池モジュールにおいて、太陽電池は、受光面に配設され、タブと接続される複数の表面側フィンガー電極110と、裏面に配設され、タブと接続される複数の裏面側フィンガー電極120とを有し、表面側フィンガー電極110が存在する位置の裏面側の相対する位置には、表面側のフィンガー電極110より広い幅の領域に形成された裏面側の補助電極部120bが配置されている。
