Abstract
L'invention concerne une installation et un procédé de formage d'une nappe de matériau de dispersion (1) sur une bande de formage (10) lors de la fabrication de plaques de matériau au moyen de pression et/ou de chaleur dans une presse, un dispositif de dispersion (3) étant monté au-dessus de la bande de formage (10) dans le sens de la chute (11) et un dispositif de dosage (2) étant disposé en amont du dispositif de dispersion (3) dans le sens de la chute (11) pour alimenter le dispositif de dispersion (3) en matériau de dispersion (1), une cheminée verticale (4) intermédiaire reliant ces deux dispositifs pour le transport du matériau de dispersion (1). Selon l'invention, un évent de compensation (6) est monté de manière intégrée ou séparée de la cheminée verticale (4), cet évent étant destiné à recevoir l'air (5) superflu et/ou envoyé à travers le matériau de dispersion (1) et sortant de la cheminée verticale (4) et/ou du dispositif de dispersion (3), l'ouverture (16,31) côté entrée de l'évent de compensation (6) est en liaison active avec la cheminée verticale (4) sensiblement côté sortie et/ou avec le dispositif de dispersion (3), l'ouverture (15,26,32) côté sortie de l'évent de compensation (6) est en liaison active avec le dispositif de dosage (2) et/ou avec la cheminée verticale (4) sensiblement côté entrée pour former un écoulement sensiblement circulaire de l'air (5), et des moyens de guidage (8) sont disposés dans l'évent de compensation (6) pour guider l'écoulement de l'air (5).
