Claims (15)
- Dispositif pour l'étalement d'un non-tissé (11) sur une bande de formage (12) tournant sans fin en dessous du dispositif (10), en particulier au cours de la fabrication de panneaux de matériau à partir d'un matériau capable d'écoulement (1) tel que des fibres ou des copeaux, lequel dispositif (10) comprend :- une ouverture d'entrée supérieure pour l'introduction du matériau (1) et une ouverture de sortie inférieure pour la dépose du matériau (1) sur la bande de formage (12),- au moins un rouleau de répartition (14) et un rouleau de dispersion (15) transversaux par rapport au sens de transport (13) de la bande de formage (12) et- un dispositif d'extraction (2) pour le retrait par sections de matériau (1), le dispositif d'extraction (2) comportant transversalement par rapport au sens de transport (13) plusieurs ouvertures (3) de taille réglable qui sont en liaison active, pour extraire du matériau (1) du dispositif (10), avec un dispositif de transport (21) pour le matériau (1) passant à travers les ouvertures (3)caractérisé en ce que sont disposés dans le dispositif d'extraction (2) une tôle de couverture (4) et plusieurs volets coulissants (5) munis d'une découpe (6), la tôle de couverture (4) couvrant partiellement la découpe (6) pour régler la taille de l'ouverture (3) et la tôle de couverture et/ou les volets coulissants (5) étant disposés avec possibilité de translation au moyen d'au moins un vérin (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la tôle de couverture (4) est disposée comme délimitation supérieure de l'ouverture (3) dans la direction de chute (19) du matériau (1) et la découpe (6) d'un volet coulissant (5) comme délimitation inférieure de l'ouverture (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, avec une tôle de couverture (4) fixe, le volet coulissant (5) muni de sa découpe (6) est disposé, en vue du réglage de l'ouverture (3), de façon à pouvoir se déplacer sensiblement en sens inverse du sens d'écoulement du matériau pour réduire l'ouverture (3) et dans le sens d'écoulement du matériau pour agrandir l'ouverture (3).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une buse (20) est disposée dans le dispositif d'extraction (2) pour le nettoyage pneumatique de parties du dispositif d'extraction (2), en particulier des ouvertures (3).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de couverture (4) comporte également une découpe et est disposée de préférence avec une taille qui recouvre sensiblement la zone de déplacement des volets coulissants (5).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une autre tôle de couverture (4') est disposée en face de la tôle de couverture (4) vers les ouvertures (3), l'autre tôle de couverture (4') dégageant de préférence la zone des ouvertures réglables (3) mais couvrant l'autre partie des volets coulissants (5).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en vue du réglage de la position des ouvertures (3) dans le dispositif (10), le dispositif d'extraction (2) est disposé de façon mobile, en particulier de façon réglable en hauteur par rapport à la bande de formage (12).
- Procédé pour l'étalement d'un non-tissé (11) sur une bande de formage (12) tournant sans fin en dessous du dispositif (10) pour l'étalement du matériau (1), en particulier au cours de la fabrication de panneaux de matériau à partir d'un matériau capable d'écoulement (1) tel que des fibres ou des copeaux,dans lequel du matériau (1) est amené dans le dispositif (10) à travers une ouverture d'entrée supérieure et le matériau (1) est amené sur la bande de formage (12) à travers une ouverture de sortie inférieure et le matériau (1) est réparti pour l'essentiel dans le dispositif par un rouleau de répartition (14) et amené sur la bande de formage au moyen d'au moins un rouleau de dispersion (15) etdans lequel un dispositif d'extraction (2) dans le dispositif (10) retire par sections du matériau (1) transversalement par rapport au sens de transport (13) de la bande de formage (12) sans fin, par le fait que plusieurs ouvertures (3) de taille réglable amènent le matériau (1) passant à travers à un dispositif de transport (21) pour l'enlèvement hors du dispositif (10),caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures réglables (3) du dispositif d'extraction (2) sont formées par une tôle de couverture (4) et plusieurs volets coulissants (5) munis de découpes (6), la découpe (6) d'un volet coulissant (5) étant partiellement recouverte par la tôle de couverture (4) pour réduire l'ouverture (3) par le fait que la tôle de couverture (4) et/ou les volets coulissants (5) sont déplacés par au moins un vérin (17).
- Procédé selon la revendication de procédé précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la tôle de couverture (4) est utilisée comme délimitation supérieure de l'ouverture (3) dans la direction de chute (19) du matériau (1) et la découpe (6) d'un volet coulissant (5) comme délimitation inférieure de l'ouverture (3).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour régler l'ouverture, le volet coulissant (5) muni de sa découpe (6) est déplacé sensiblement en sens inverse du sens d'écoulement du matériau pour réduire l'ouverture (3) et dans le sens d'écoulement du matériau pour agrandir l'ouverture (3).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une buse (20) est disposée dans le dispositif d'extraction (2) pour le nettoyage pneumatique de parties du dispositif d'extraction (2), en particulier des ouvertures (3).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tôle de couverture (4) comporte également une découpe et est utilisée de préférence avec une taille qui recouvre sensiblement la zone de déplacement des volets coulissants (5).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une autre tôle de couverture (4') se trouve en face de la tôle de couverture (4) vers les ouvertures (3), l'autre tôle de couverture (4') dégageant de préférence la zone des ouvertures réglables (3) mais couvrant la partie inférieure des volets coulissants (5).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en vue du réglage de la position ou du placement des ouvertures (3) dans le dispositif (10), le dispositif d'extraction (2) est disposé de façon mobile, en particulier de façon réglable en hauteur par rapport à la bande de formage (12).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le flux de matériau (1) atteignant le dispositif d'extraction (2) est guidé vers les ouvertures (3) de telle manière que la partie supérieure du flux opposée à la bande de formage est guidée dans l'ouverture (3) et, selon la taille de l'ouverture (3), la partie inférieure est retenue par le volet coulissant (5) et guidée vers le bas en direction de la bande de formage (12).
