Abstract

［課題］酸化鉄や水酸化鉄を主体とするスケールの溶解性に優れるとともに、ステンレス材質影響防止性、ゴム材質影響防止性、貯蔵安定性に優れる食品工業用のスケール除去剤組成物およびその使用方法を提供する。 ［解決手段］（ａ）～（ｃ）成分を組成物全体に対し下記の割合で含有し、且つ組成物の１質量％希釈水溶液のｐＨ（ＪＩＳ　Ｚ－８８０２：１９８４「ｐＨ測定方法」）が、２５℃において３未満の範囲であることを特徴とする食品工業用スケール除去剤組成物及びその使用方法である。 （ａ）有機酸５～６０質量％、（ｂ）Ｌ－アスコルビン酸及び／又はエリソルビン酸１５～８０質量%、（ｃ）尿素化合物０．０１～６質量％。
