Abstract

 画像表示用パネルと保護パネルの間に透明樹脂層を設置して耐衝撃性を改善した画像表示用装置の製造法として、透明樹脂層に気泡がなく、しかも生産性良く透明樹脂層を形成できる画像表示用装置の製造方法を提供する。  画像表示用パネルと該画像表示用パネルの視認側に設置される保護パネルの間に空気層を介在せずに透明有機物媒体が密着配置される画像表示装置の製造法において、空気が通過可能な多数の空隙を有する枠材が設置された画像表示用パネルまたは保護パネルの一方のパネルの上記の枠材で囲まれた内側に液状の透明有機物媒体を注入する工程、上記枠材に画像表示用パネルまたは保護パネルの他方のパネルを載置する工程及び液状の透明有機物媒体を固体化する工程を含むことを特徴とする画像表示用装置の製造方法である。
