Abstract

本発明は、積層スペーサーを有するカラーフィルタ基板を効率的に製造することができるカラーフィルタ基板の製造方法を提供する。本発明のカラーフィルタの製造方法は、基板上に着色層、電極、遮光層及び積層スペーサーを備えるカラーフィルタ基板の製造方法であって、上記製造方法は、着色層及び積層スペーサーの下地着色層を形成する工程と、電極を形成する工程と、遮光層及び積層スペーサーの頂上層を形成する工程とを行うカラーフィルタ基板の製造方法である。
