Abstract

 本発明は、ガラス光学素子と略等しい光学性能の環境安定性を有し、安価な光学素子を実現する高効率な成形方法を提供する。光学性能が環境中安定で透明な無機材料である光学平板71pを成形キャビティCV内に入れて金型61,62を閉じ、エネルギー硬化性樹脂と一体成形することによって成形品MPを得る。これにより、エネルギー硬化性樹脂の光路長を短くし、成形品MPの光学性能が環境変動を受けにくくすることができる。また、射出成形により成形された光学面71j,71k形状の高精度な成形転写性と、両面光学面71j,71kの同時成形と、両成形光学面71j,71kの同軸度の確保とを簡易に実現することができ、高効率で安価な光学素子71aを成形することができる。
