Claims (7)
- 原稿台ガラス板上に載置した原稿に主走査方向に沿って光を照射するライン状光源と、
複数の単レンズが主走査方向に配列され、前記原稿からの反射光を集光する正立等倍レンズアレイと、
前記正立等倍レンズアレイにより集光された光を受光するラインイメージセンサと、
を備えるイメージセンサユニットの製造方法であって、
前記正立等倍レンズアレイを構成する単レンズの中に、単レンズの光入出射端面及び/又は内部に光学的不連続部を有する単レンズが含まれている場合、前記単レンズの原稿側端面から前記ラインイメージセンサ方向であって、前記原稿台ガラス板に前記ライン状光源から照明光が入射する方向から遠ざかる方向に延長する該光学的不連続部の界面が、前記原稿側に位置しないように前記正立等倍レンズアレイを配置することを特徴とするイメージセンサユニットの製造方法。 - 前記ライン状光源は、前記正立等倍レンズアレイに隣接するとともに、その照射面が前記正立等倍レンズアレイの光軸と前記原稿台ガラス板の上面との交点に相対するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイメージセンサユニットの製造方法。
- 前記正立等倍レンズアレイを構成する単レンズの中に、単レンズの光入出射端面及び/又は内部に光学的不連続部を有する単レンズが含まれている場合、該光学的不連続部が前記ラインイメージセンサ側に位置するように前記正立等倍レンズアレイを配置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のイメージセンサユニットの製造方法。
- 前記光学的不連続部は、カケ、ワレ、クラック、カン、脈理、ピットおよびキズのうち少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のイメージセンサユニットの製造方法。
- 前記正立等倍レンズアレイは、複数のロッドレンズを備えるロッドレンズアレイであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のイメージセンサユニットの製造方法。
- 前記複数のロッドレンズは、主走査方向に一列に配列されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のイメージセンサユニットの製造方法。
- 前記光学的不連続部の界面の方向角は、20°未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のイメージセンサユニットの製造方法。
