Abstract

 本発明の目的は、熱可塑性樹脂とセルロースナノファイバーとを含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物が得られる熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法及びこの熱可塑性樹脂組成物を用いた成形体の製造方法を提供する。本発明は、セルロースナノファイバーの水分散体と熱可塑性樹脂(例えば、ポリ乳酸樹脂)とを撹拌機で混合して熱可塑性樹脂組成物を得る。更には、撹拌機が混合を行う混合室を備え、混合により水分散体に含まれる水分を気化させて混合室内を加圧することが好ましい。また、同時に植物材料を混合することができる。本発明の成形体の製造方法は、上記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を押出成形又は射出成形して成形体を得る。
