Abstract

 本発明の音波発生部材は、複数の櫛歯状電極中央位置から出射される最も強度が強い超音波が再度櫛歯状電極に入射しないように、両端の櫛歯状電極間の長さL2が、複数の櫛歯状電極中央位置から圧電基板の他方の面に向かって出射し該他方の面で反射した超音波が一方の面に到達する到達位置と、複数の櫛歯状電極中央位置との間の距離の2倍よりも短くすることによって、最も強度が強い超音波の反射成分の櫛歯状電極への再度入射を防止し、振動子への電力供給を安定化し、反応容器内の液体を適切に攪拌可能とする。
