Abstract

Dans un élément de génération d'onde sonore, la longueur L2 entre des électrodes interdigitales au niveau des extrémités opposées d'un substrat piézoélectrique est réglée deux fois plus courte que la distance entre la position centrale de plusieurs électrodes interdigitales et la position d'arrivée où une onde ultrasonore sortant de la position centrale des différentes électrodes interdigitales vers l'autre surface du substrat piézoélectrique et reflétée sur l'autre surface arrive au niveau de la surface, de telle sorte que l'onde ultrasonore la plus forte sortant de la position centrale des différentes électrodes interdigitales ne heurte pas à nouveau les électrodes interdigitales, empêchant ainsi des composantes réfléchies de l'onde ultrasonore la plus forte de heurter à nouveau l'électrode interdigitale, stabilisant l'alimentation électrique vers un oscillateur et agitant un liquide de façon appropriée dans un conteneur de réaction.
