Abstract

 超音波流量計において超音波の伝播時間を計測するために用いる振動子の動作は省電力化のために間欠動作が望ましい。しかしながら振動子のパルス安定性には時間を要するので間欠動作ができないという課題がある。  振動子60と、前記振動子の振動を早める振動開始手段61とを備え、前記振動開始手段61で振動された前記振動子のパルスを超音波の伝播時間計測に用いるようにした超音波流量計。
