Abstract

　清浄度を維持しつつ、光学部材と光学表示ユニットとの貼り合せを行うことができる光学表示装置の製造方法および光学表示装置の製造システムを提供することを目的とするものである。光学表示ユニット（Ｗ）と、当該光学表示ユニット（Ｗ）に貼り合わされ光学部材（１１、２１）とを有する光学表示装置（Ｗ１２）の製造方法であって、気流を作用させた環境で、前記光学表示ユニット（Ｗ）に前記光学部材（１１、２１）を貼り合わせる貼合工程を含むことを特徴とする。
