反応容器内に微小液滴を精度よく注入する。 容器ベース3の一表面に反応容器5が形成されており、容器ベース3上には流路ベース11が配置されている。流路ベース11は容器ベース3との接合面に液体導入流路12aと反応容器エアー抜き流路18aを備えている。流路ベース11は、反応容器5に対向して設けられ、液体導入流路12aの上面よりも上方側に凹んだ凹部27も備えている。反応容器5と液体導入流路12aの接続部近傍において、上方から見て、凹部27の肩部26は反応容器5の肩部16よりも反応容器5の中央側に配置されている。
